I LOVE the Elevensies pattern and the cape! I have my little Grandaughter staying with me (her Mum is here too) until the risk of the virus has gone and they can fly home to China, where Daddy waits for them. I have already made her several of your designs. She already (10 months) loves hats and other clothes! When creating colouwork, I like to hold one yarn in each hand. Thank you for a great podcast.
your husband's cardigan is beautiful and I am so glad he appreciates it. I recently finished your Tiered Baby Jacket as a birthday gift for a friend's granddaughter and everyone loved it. Easy to follow pattern and I will knit it again soon❤️
I love watching your podcast it’s so relaxing. I loved the elbow patches on your new design I had to buy it. Thanks for designing for kids. It’s difficult to find nice designs for children and having them go up to 10 years is perfect when you have little ones of different ages.
hello, and thank you for your lovely podcasts. you asked for a recommendation for a sock pattern. the knitting squirrel makes a great sock (look for the one specifically with the rounded toe). it fits perfectly, and is good for mindless, calm knitting - just right for the weekend! my mods: i use a #1.5us, and knit 45 foot rows for size 7us and 52 foot rows for size 9us.
I enjoy your designs and knit several for various babies. I look forward to the ‘Second Breakfast’ as it will be perfect for my husband - though I have no idea what size he would be.
Thank you for making this! :) I really enjoyed hearing about your FOs and your thoughts and decisions on each - they are all beautiful. As a new knitter, I find your videos, designs, tutorials, etc. so helpful to my learning. Looking forward to watching your colourwork tutorial. Any tips/suggestions for beginners would be greatly appreciated! Stay safe and well! :-)
Thank you for the episode! I haven’t had the time to watch it....life is quite crazy right now! But luckily I’m fine. Lovely F.O.s and clever patterns as always! I’d happily knit the “second breakfast “ . I’ve never done colorwork...even if I consider myself an advanced knitter it scares me! Your friend was so brave and her sweater came out gorgeous!
I am glad you are doing an adult pattern for Elevenses. I just love the little elbow patches. I agree that Rios is such a fantastic yarn. It is very forgiving and looks amazing no matter what. Happy Easter!
My favourite shawl is Waiting for Rain. My favourite shawls are those with a lot of garter stitch and some beautiful sections of something more interesting.
I would LOVE any tips, or suggestions you could give on knitting colorwork sweaters: to catch or not to catch; going up a needle size when knitting colorwork sections, etc.
Your patterns and work are stunning! I’m very tempted to get the ebook, as my family of three sons, hubby and I are huge LOTR fans. Thanks so much for taking the time to share.
Always lovely to catch up on your designs....beautiful. I love Stephen West Shawls. I have knit several of his designs and am currently finishing one up. Stay safe.
PRAISE for your German short-row pick-up tutorial video! I was the same had searched and searched for an “answer” and yours was the only satisfactory one worked for me ❤️ Best, Melanie aka VeganMonkeyMama on ravelry and instagram :)

For colourwork, I have very tight tension and one thing that helps me is using a stranding thimble.

Such lovely designs and you husband’s sweater is a masterpiece!!😀😀
Thank you so much! I also think it turned out great :D

Thank you! Which Stephen West shawls would you recommend? I'm already thinking about the next one I might cast on :)
I Would love tips for keeping the colour work rows loose and even tensioned! :)
Great! I have the perfect tip for that. Stay tuned - will have that video up soon hopefully!
Thank you for the episode! I love the both of your Elevenses and the Second Breakfast as well!
Thank you for your comment! I'm glad you like my designs. I will try to hurry up and finish the Second Breakfast cardi :)

Hi Lisa! I love the fellowship cloak and would love it in adult size. Do you have any plans to make a pattern for adults?
