After many years in the Army and later in civilian Aviation, I've sat through MANY classrooms and ground schools and recognize a GOOD instructor when I see one.... This is one of the best.... Congrats, CAT, for finding this guy and bringing him on board....!

I've been running Trimble for about 3 years now and the difference this video shows isn't in the grade control systems it's the difference in the undercarriage / machine weight we have 2 850 Deere dozers with dual 3D Trimble systems our 850C cuts like the D6K in this video our 850J LGP cuts like the D6N in this video they should have compared two machines with the same operating weight and undercarriage not two completely different machines.

Not a good comparison when comparing a D6K XL to D6N LGP. Accugrade & Trimble systems support blade rotation. The Topcon system cannot calculate the position of each corner of the blade relative to the machine travel. I also hear that the Caterpillar Accugrade and the Trimble system hardware is much more robust.
