A little bit of lore. Shittim is the Hebrew word for acacia tree, so "Shittim chest" basically means a chest made from acacia wood. A very famous chest made from acacia wood is the Ark of the Covenant, which is the chest that holds the stone tablets with the ten commandments that Moses received from god in the bible.
No idea what this means in the context of the game, but it's interesting nonetheless.

@@manoi8 I guess, although there are some players who've said that Sensei is Noah and Kivotos is the ark. There are even some references to the flood myths later in the story.

Thank you! I used to be at N2 level with my JP speaking, but that was a long time ago. Now, I'm more N3/N4 level with JP speaking (depending on the subject) and at N2 for listening/reading. Need more practice to be comfortable/confident again for speaking!

Canonically there's only 3 Students that are 18 years old (Kayoko, Makoto and Wakamo) the rest are 11 - 17 years old i.e. Ibuki being the youngest(Gehenna's Baby the whole school will nuke you if you make her cry) and there's the classified age such as Shun, Cherino(You'll get purged if you asked) and Aris

I sure am! I absolutely adore the story and the characters. The gameplay is just a plus, since it's not as stressful as the other games I play!

How's your first impression of our "main heroine"?
Well, as you can hear, there are a few "problems" with the translation, but for the general direction, it stays the same. It feels like a waste because some of the otaku references that are hard to localize have to be cut out. I heard that they translate directly from Korean script (?), so that's why sometimes they don't align with the Japanese voiceline.
When I saw some JP vtubers read the story, and even the most veteran one can have a hard time reading the kanji. Well, maybe that shows just how good the Japanese translator/adaptor is.
They cut out some of the references?!? NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! That’s sad to hear but understandable. Translating is really hard, so I don’t blame them for going down that route. Just glad that we still have JP audio and can just listen to that. XD
Do you mean my castella musume-san? I have officially adopted her in my head canon and she will be my number one daughter for the rest of my life.
@@Trailblazer_Ririna I was talking about Shiroko but I guess Arona counted as one too? She's definitely the daughter of all time
while Shiroko is the cover girl and more present in the story, Arona is more like the media MC, like having her video for opening and breaks in an official stream or the one who's talking in the next preview episode of the anime
Fun fact: Wakamo has the same voice actress as Tamamo no Mae from FGO

@@Trailblazer_Ririna Mhm! Though Chiwa Saito plays more characters than just Tamamo in FGO. But Tamamo is more relevant to Wakamo as a protagonist-obsessed kitsune.
