I see “James Clear” and I click 😂 I loved Atomic Habits and now I just want to watch every single one of his interviews
😂
Saaaaaaame
Agreed, he has amazing content.
He's great and explains things so clearly.
Same with me! It is my new habit. I use it as my reward.
I loved when james said,he sees a lot of people already making enough money to support their lives, but what they choose to do,is making more money, but live a worse daily life,I mean there a lot more important things in this life than money, health, family and relationships, travelling and so on.
Atomic Habits is one of the best books I have came across. I could study that book. Reading is not enough. James has new information and advice on every single interview of his. Thank you High Performance for sharing this. Who doesn't want to live happy with good habits daily?
James Clear and his book Atomic Habits has completely changed my life. It just goes to show you what can happen when you take it one day at a time and build on that. Start small and gradually build your way to something truly magnificent before you know it. I am really grateful to him for sharing this information with the world. So thank you James Clear ❤
Keep changing the world man!
“Be the designer of your world and not merely the consumer of it.” Good quote from his book. I also like the mindfulness workbook called 30 Days to Reduce Stress by Harper Daniels. Helped me concentrate better.
I am in the middle of the book right now, aiming to read it for twice as I am not native speaker, but even that is enough for me to get many lessons from the book, love it
The more I re-read Atomic Habits, the more in awe I am.
I found the book online and it's changing my life. I really needed it. I am not doing so good. Thank u James!
I've watched this episode thrice. I really loved the part of showing up on your bad days and how it is important in reinforcing a habit
That's awesome, also looking forward to watching it again
I listened to this during my run this morning, every word was so rich and insightful. Thank you guys and to James as well. True, he is non-ambiguous for real, simple and pragmatic. "the heaviest door in the gym is the door" . I am sure i will listening to this a couple more times
What thing this. i use to learn english.
Agree with you, like the part where he mentions prioritization and what is important. That has been my problem for a while.
One of the best podcasts I’ve listened to in a very long time. Typically I don’t finish podcasts, this was the one podcast that I listened to the whole thing and took notes on
Agreed there and that's awesome, sending good wishes

THIS was so amazing ❤
This was so so so so goooooood
Agreed
Great stuff! Thank you!
Great interview! Loved it
When I meditated I listened to "whatever it takes by imagine dragons and other music " which allowed me and facilitated me to experience spiritual experiences. I did both listening to binaural beats and regular music . Since I get bored fast so I listened to regular music. Your typical meditation guru would have said don't listen to regular music. Or you have to cross your legs when you meditate .. I was like fu*CK that my legs hurt imma lay down and just breathe in and out cus it's the most important thing in meditation.
This was fantastic fellas 👏 thank you
i'm so glad i came across you on Zoe and want to learn listening as i can't read due to AMD
great guy, very smart!
Great, thanks
Excellent analysis !!
yes!
okay i had to reread the book for my upcoming speech in agora about it
Summary: James Clear shares tips on building successful habits. He emphasizes not being afraid of mistakes, prioritizing impact and reach, and creating a system to filter distractions. Struggle and consistency are crucial for success. Surrounding oneself with people who exhibit desired habits is important, and enjoying habits maintains them. Clear recommends starting small, building the desired identity, and taking action to improve.
"Can my current habits carry me to my desired future?"
You guys need to postpone your question until he finishes talking and stop interrupting him
Where were the two books James’ mentioned?
Love that, if an alien watched you, around 29 minutes!!!
When i was reading his book i captured him older 😂
16:28
James Clear looks like Jeff from Community.
3:12 lack of #selfawareness
dang
When you base your theory on mankind being 2M years old, it undermines your hypothesis.
When you start realizing mankind is wonderfully and marvelously created by God, you come much closer to learning the intricacies of our design. Now, carry on.
disagree with 16:08
this guy still talking about habits? jeesus
It's only been like 10 years, lol
how to be unambiguous? Just change your name to Clear.
