I loved when james said,he sees a lot of people already making enough money to support their lives, but what they choose to do,is making more money, but live a worse daily life,I mean there a lot more important things in this life than money, health, family and relationships, travelling and so on.

Atomic Habits is one of the best books I have came across. I could study that book. Reading is not enough. James has new information and advice on every single interview of his. Thank you High Performance for sharing this. Who doesn't want to live happy with good habits daily?

James Clear and his book Atomic Habits has completely changed my life. It just goes to show you what can happen when you take it one day at a time and build on that. Start small and gradually build your way to something truly magnificent before you know it. I am really grateful to him for sharing this information with the world. So thank you James Clear ❤
    Keep changing the world man!

“Be the designer of your world and not merely the consumer of it.” Good quote from his book. I also like the mindfulness workbook called 30 Days to Reduce Stress by Harper Daniels. Helped me concentrate better.

When I meditated I listened to "whatever it takes by imagine dragons and other music " which allowed me and facilitated me to experience spiritual experiences. I did both listening to binaural beats and regular music . Since I get bored fast so I listened to regular music. Your typical meditation guru would have said don't listen to regular music. Or you have to cross your legs when you meditate .. I was like fu*CK that my legs hurt imma lay down and just breathe in and out cus it's the most important thing in meditation.

When you base your theory on mankind being 2M years old, it undermines your hypothesis.
When you start realizing mankind is wonderfully and marvelously created by God, you come much closer to learning the intricacies of our design. Now, carry on.
