I wish we could see behind the scenes videos of Hoshi making choreography as well. Not just their dance practice MVs, but an actual break down of how he tutors the rest of the members for a new choreo. I wanna see what he and Dino discuss as Dino helps in certain choreo's as well. I've watched what I can of behind the scene footage of Hoshi or his interviews regarding choreography making - but we never get to see it in depth like we do with Woozi (like videos like this). Both Woozi and Hoshi are (in my opinion) the sole structures of SEVENTEEN. Without either one of them, they just wouldn't be as great as they are. I LOVE Woozi getting acknowledgement and the praise he deserves, I just also want to see more focus on the hard work Hoshi does.
I completely agree with you except that S. Coups is just as important as Woozi and Hoshi. Without Cheolie to be the rock and leader I think it would be chaos. Woozi and Hoshi put out the end product but getting that product to work is Coups. (I called him 3 different names in such a short reply. I love these guys.) I'm not disagreeing I'm just adding.
Maybe Going Seventeen doesn't know which woozi will offer, besides being a producer. Because of the truth woozi Air Tyne in the least list. But Hoshi has many other aspects to offer.

Woozi is basically the whole package, Pledis had a difficult time figuring out which unit he would be best suited for because he can sing dance rap compose play musical instruments. He's the ultimate Idol. Hoshi has made so much progress in his singing and rapping and oringially Coups auditioned to be a singer.

can we just talk about 1:40 for a second you can tell he's used to telling them what to do and how to manage them, because instead of telling Dino he's flat he says 'try singing (that note) like you're smiling', which is a common technique in vocal training to get people to raise the notes a little unconsciously. Dino probably knows this because he's definitely had the same vocal training, but he still manages to take it on board and fix the phrase. Woozi is seriously professional and I'm genuinely impressed with him - I'm also impressed at how well they follow his advice these guys are really damn good AND THEN (Junhui? Don't know their names that well I apologise) JN's part he goes through it so methodically and by the end they both feel like they've done a good job - it's really really impressive how good woozi is at that like wow

Jun's sweet little part in that song is what made me fall in love with it. Every time I listen to it, I spend the whole time anticipating that line, I love it so much. :)
The camera's just pointing at Jihoon, throwing directions and giving suggestions, and somewhere we'd hear the members executing them perfectly, but this compilation is really exciting to watch. You can see his passion and his talent oozing through the screen. I love how SVT is divided into units like this and they get to contribute in the whole process of producing the songs and making the choreography and presenting it all to us. Not to mention the other tasks like fansigns and variety shows. All those hard work. They are really admirable, each one of them.

@@__-ft6mq I wouldn't say that the other choreographers Hoshi works with only do 2%. Hoshi says he gets more help with choreo recently due to pressure so the choreographers often get as much credit as Hoshi. He still helps but not as much as he did in the beginning.
Let's be real here, Seventeen are quite popular (especially in Korea) but still really underappreciated. I dont feel like our international fanbase is that big either but maybe it's just me considering my personal observation. Seventeen is doing well rn but they deserve to be much bigger so yeah i think that they need more exposure, considering how good they're, like for real. I hope that one day many people will open their eyes and see who Seventeen really is bcs they're more than the"Aju Nice and don't wanna cry guys" they are still sleeping on imo
@@bronaghmccabe I heard that he participated 2% only for this album because there were too many schedules. They had a comeback 6 months ago and did the music shows, radios for 1month, and they had a world tour. They had to practice the choreography(good to me, home, getting closer), produce the song(even the side tracks), record, release getting closer on december(MAMA).
I personally wouldn't use the word underrated, especially since their doing so well in comparison to so many groups. I think part of it ie that people don't tend to stan them as their bias group? That's what I saw on Twitter from a Carat I follow.

The camera's just pointing at Jihoon, throwing directions and giving suggestions, and somewhere we'd hear the members executing them perfectly, but this compilation is really exciting to watch. You can see his passion and his talent oozing through the screen.
I love how SVT is divided into units like this and they get to contribute in the whole process of producing the songs and making the choreography and presenting it all to us. Not to mention the other tasks like fansigns and variety shows. All those hard work. They are really admirable, each one of them.

cool video.. arent they kinda underrated? a friend of mine showed me all of their units. they are quite good. and i didnt know that they produce their songs themselves... where are the carats? i am from another fandom... i am very curious... i think seventeen could still get more exposure..no?
@@__-ft6mq I wouldn't say that the other choreographers Hoshi works with only do 2%. Hoshi says he gets more help with choreo recently due to pressure so the choreographers often get as much credit as Hoshi. He still helps but not as much as he did in the beginning.
Let's be real here, Seventeen are quite popular (especially in Korea) but still really underappreciated. I dont feel like our international fanbase is that big either but maybe it's just me considering my personal observation. Seventeen is doing well rn but they deserve to be much bigger so yeah i think that they need more exposure, considering how good they're, like for real. I hope that one day many people will open their eyes and see who Seventeen really is bcs they're more than the"Aju Nice and don't wanna cry guys" they are still sleeping on imo
@@bronaghmccabe I heard that he participated 2% only for this album because there were too many schedules. They had a comeback 6 months ago and did the music shows, radios for 1month, and they had a world tour. They had to practice the choreography(good to me, home, getting closer), produce the song(even the side tracks), record, release getting closer on december(MAMA).
I personally wouldn't use the word underrated, especially since their doing so well in comparison to so many groups. I think part of it ie that people don't tend to stan them as their bias group? That's what I saw on Twitter from a Carat I follow.
