This sound blocks birds chirping. I am surrounded by extremely loud birds that wake me up @4am. I play this and can't hear them, even with the window open. Saving my mental health and sleep ❤❤❤
I was just looking up green noise to see what it sounds like because the color has a very calming effect on me. Turns out the sound is almost identical to the background noise of my man’s car when we talk on his way to/from work that makes me so sleepy. This is awesome!
A river, wind in the trees, rain on the roof, rain in the Amazon forest, snow storm in the Arctic. It's wherever my mind takes me before I fall into a deep, relaxed sleep. Bliss

I use this in combo with thunderstorm sounds in another video, open a separate tab. I have really loud tinnitus and when I need a break from it anytime, I can get some relief this way. The two together does a pretty good job masking. Thought I'd let others know who have the same problem. Though I hope no one does, hate to think of anyone dealing with this.

I have a kindle/ipad on night stand next to my bed ,this video runs 10 hours and I check the screen to make sure I slept at least 8 hours before I get up for work at noon since I don’t have to be at work until 2:00 pm. It sounds like a waterfall in Arkansas I know of.
when i tell you this is the best sleep i've gotten in so long. i couldn't sleep for so long last night and i found that and it said it helped with sleep so i tried it and yes yes it does so well. i didn't rest very long but i feel like i rested for years. i feel so fresh.

@Gerrison You could try listening to spooky presentations. Flat Earh. Moon hoax. Missing people. Etc. These usually kind of drone on, and they both entertain you and put you to sleep. And who knows, really? They might be true.
I tried this for the first time and not even 5 minutes of me putting it on I was out until 3am. I fell asleep again until 445am. I will continue to use this as not even my meds can make me go to sleep that fast. Thank you for this. ❤❤❤❤ ❤️
I'm so grateful for tracks like this! I discovered the usefulness of white noise when my daughter was a baby. Last night the kids across the road were awake and making noise way past my bedtime and this time of year people like to have their windows open. So I popped this track on and it worked a treat. I womder what other colour noises there are? I've heard of brown noise.

Sounds like the waterfall that used to be in the old lobby of the Polynesian Hotel in Disney. Maybe that’s part of why I used to love it so much. So calming and refreshing; sure wish they would bring it back.✨🌸✨🌸

Have chronic pain prescription helps but at night I can’t turn off the pain this shuts everything down and I can finally sleep, wonderful.
