It certainly does feel good. I don't think I've ever worried about it, but sometimes people have asked if I'm ok afterwards. Apparently it alarms some people.
I've popped my neck before and had a horrific and terrible jolt of pain surge up my neck to the back of my head. Needless to say after that I don't pop my neck much anymore... lol
+Dark Towel oh you can do that very easily! Not even a physical therapist would do that to himself! Then why would someone that doesn't know anything about it do it to them selves? almost everything can go wrong when you try that and would damage your spine.
Yes! So that's why it feels pleasant to crack your articulations! It provides a temporary extra cushion and therefore extra mobility for the pending force the body's gonna do.
What is the biological cause behind the 'chills' or goosebumps, specifically wheb listening to grandiose/epic music or a powerful speech etc. I have yet ro find a definitive answer on this.
Joonatan isn't really refering to the goosebumps caused by temperature, rather caused by epic sounding stuff. What you are talking about is the piloerection caused by Frisson.
It makes hair stand up straight and traps heat. Also in some animals it is used to make them seem bigger and scare away predators. Getting them from what you said could be caused by an Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response or ASMR (also called a "brain orgasm"). There are many ways you can experience an ASMR and goosebumps is one of the possible "symptoms." Scientists don't really know why ASMRs even happen so your question can't really be answered. Hoped that helped some.
Then maybe it´s not your joint, that´s cracking, but the tendons, that streak over them that´s the case in my fingers and not healthy, if you do it too often
I can crack the knuckle in my left ankle over and over again too! I always thought it had something to do with the fact that I dislocated my left ankle 3 years ago while hiking...
I'm with the guy that suggested it's your tendons. In order to repeatedly crack my feet, I have to move my foot into a position where I can lock the tendon and then move my foot to make it "snap" back in place, resulting in the cracking sound (that's my guess anyway). You *do* have joints in your feet which can genuinely crack, though. The ankle is a notable joint which I can crack once in a while after having rested my feet. If I stand up and move a foot behind me with the heel planted in the ground (like a fighting stance, but with the hind foot's heel on the ground like when you're stretching your leg), and then shift my weight to that hind foot, I can crack my ankle joint in a way that's different from the crack that I can repeat at-will.
SciShow just has two but if you dive further into vlogbrother's teritory you also have crashcourse, mental flosh, the brain scoop, animal wonders, vlogbrothers and quite some more
Well shoot, what does it mean then when you CAN repeatedly crack the same joint? I can repeatedly crack my left thumb over and over again seemingly for infinity if I wanted to. Is there something wrong with the fluid in that joint? Or does it just dissolve the bubble unusually fast?
My wrists and the back of my shoulder blades can repeat for a really long time as well. I haven't gotten to a point yet where they stop. Hmmm. EDIT: Also my right ankle and under my left ear (just discovered those lol)
One more reason to keep loving Michael... cracking joints is awesome! Good video! Hearing all the weird theories the mystery has been resolved after all.
QUESTION!!!! - Is there a reason why all the planets are( pretty much ) all on the same plane? in the 3 obvious dimensions of space why does gravity seem to work on a flat plane? I've been trying to understand this for years. Like every time they show a gravity demo, ie the trampoline and ball, it's missing something. The 3rd dimension.
Well, when the sun was formed, all the leftover gas formed in a disc around it, much like the accretion disc of a black hole, an that condensed to form the planets, so they are all on the same plane. The kuiper belt and the oort cloud, however, are a lot wider, so pluto and the other dwarf planets, stick out of the disc. Also, the "trampoline and ball" thing, is visualizing 4-Dimensional space-time in a net of 2 dimensions, the real thing is like a grid of trampolines, being distorted by the 'ball' that is a star or planet. Unfortunately, [puny] humans are beings of 3 spatial dimensions and as such cannot visualize or comprehend 4 dimensions, so we use 2
I guess then the question is WHY do the discs form near the equator of the gravitational object? why is the force stronger there. I would invision a cloud of stuff spinning around it ( like the oort cloud I suppose, but not so far out). And I like the other guy saying about the grid of trampolines. I would like to see some kind of demo even if its a computer simulation to show it.
It has to do with the fact that rotations require 2 dimensions to work in and our universe is an odd number (3 dimensions), so there is always one left over that does get 'spun' through. When a solar system or galaxy begins to form there is a net rotation to the cloud it forms from, and, over time all other movement is damped out by collisions, but rotation, being a fundamental quantity, is maintained, so that giant sphere of gas ends up as a rotating disk. If we had 4 dimensions, then spin would be sonserved in all 4 dimensions and it would remain as a 4 dimensional 'sphere'. However, elliptical galaxies never become flat because there isn't enough gas and dust in them to damp out the random motions of the cloud, so, while they still have a net rotation, they also have all the left over superfluous motion that never gets canceled out and they stay as giant spheres (or ellipsoids)
Ahhhhhh! That neck pop was majestic! I constantly crack and pop every joint i can. my fingers pop every few minutes or more . Its sooooooooo annoying to have that pressure around whateer joint needs to pop! theres almost a compulsion to relive that "pressure" or whatever it is and the only relief is that pop! Hats off to ya man!
Courtney J This person is Dutch. Just because his/her English isn't great doesn't mean he/she can't be a good teacher in his/her own language. It's good to remember that not everyone on the internet is from an English speaking country.
Nikotiini69 Thats a pretty naive thing to say... what if they just started speaking English last week? Just because they are from a country with a high % of English speakers does not mean they will speak better than someone else learning English from another country
i am a very beta-student. not alfa. also i am dutch and dyslextich. and youtube is free time, so i dont even need to pay attention to grammer and spelling. it is just quick type and go.
iota-09 Yeah, I know but it's quite fun to freak out my friends because I can produce different notes with it to create music. I haven't managed to dislocate it but sometimes it does feel close to. :\
I couldn't stop even if I wanted to as the only joint the cracks for me are my ankles. So every time I walk down a flight of stairs all I hear is the cracking!
ah, you can still be a ninja! haha no my ankles do them all the time, walking, going up or down stairs, even when i'm sitting down and bobbing my legs up and down :P
My spine tends to shrink a bit, sometimes reducing my height with two or something centimetres. I often need my brother to straighten it for me, so he essentially lifts me by holding me around my chest, lifts and then shakes me so that my spine straightens out with a series of popping sounds, similar to what happens when you pull at a bendy straw. It's the best feeling in the world!
Both my big toes click, and I can click them over and over and over and over again. Do I not have enough of that gooey goodness to dissolve the bubbles?
I always have to crack my knees after waking and sitting down for a certain amount of time. I always thought that this might have been bad for my joints but I am relieved to find that there isn't any data suggesting this to be true. Great info!
My only question would be why I can crack my wrist without any breaks in between? Whenever I crack my neck, arms, back, etc. I can only do so once every 30min or so, but when it comes to my wrist it just keeps cracking as I twist it

Hence why you can continuously crack these joints... Wrists, ankles, knees and hips are the most common spots this occurs. From your friendly neighbourhood chiropractor
FINALLY AN EXPLANATION!!! iv been doing it since i was a child at the age of 5 and 17 years later i have not had any problems. but i heard nasty rumors.
I have loose/double jointed joints in a few places like my shoulders, so I can put my hands as high as my shoulder blades (coming from the bottom, not top) plus I can arch my back to the point where I can see directly behind me, so I can crack any part of my back with ease.... This usually freaks people out haha
Oh thats easy.. I've always been able to do those things....Haha I always laughed when people tried to put notes or stickers on my back and they thought I wouldnt be able to get them of .... hahah think again guys , I a can reach every inch of my own back. XD. I can also pretzel my legs and almost put them behind my head. I also could bite my own toe nails or lick the bottom of my feet if I wanted to... ,but that would be gross.
KinRedysko LOL sorry dude! Maybe I should have added not to put your hands on your spine directly, but on either side, and not to go any farther than your back allows.... haha
Libya4LY I've had plenty of poops from which I wanted to get away from asap. It's seems a bit closer to babies since some people still like other people's babies.
Thank you. I've been cracking my knuckles since I was in kindergarten and over time I've become able to crack pretty much all of the joints in my body, from both joints in my big toe to the joints in my neck. Now, you're mentioning that your grip strength may decrease over time if you're cracking your joints in your hands - does that apply to the rest of your body as well? As in, do you weaken your back from cracking the joints in your spine? And/or are you making yourself more flexible in the process?
I can do it with my right thumb and right wrist. I think it has something to do with the fact I am right handed, and thus used my right hand all my life.
Things like this are often caused by tendons flicking across bony structures, such as knuckles or other moving joints. My big toes do it all the time. Moving them back and forth just puts it back in it's original place, allowing it to click again when you repeat the action. Other, more grindy noises can suggest there are abrasions on some aspects of the joint surfaces, causing increased friction and noises to occur.
***** once a seed got hot in my friend's pipe and popped out of the pipe and into his eye, burning his cornea and making him mostly blind in that eye. i am by no means saying that pot is bad......just the seeds lmao XD
I can crack the knuckles on my right hand as many times in a row as I want. I don't even have to push them down, just pull the hand into a fist and they crack. It's my favorite thing to do in a quiet room lol
I have whacked my thumb many years ago, and since then, my thumb sounds like it's snapping every time I bend it LOL So everyone at my high school gets pissed off at me during lessons and EXAMS!!! What's next, Morse Code with Thumb-Cracking!!
Hey there..i really love ur channel..its amazin..short but great videos.. I've a question for u.. Why do mosquitos roam on our heads in the evening..or around light lamps..?? What is the white mark that we see on our nails?? Thanks for answering..if u by chance notice my queries..keep it up👍🏻👍🏻☺️☺️
i dont know if this comment has anything yo do with the video but im going to assume that you know of or have played the stanely parable judging by that comment.
***** their work is youtube, they use ads to get money, using ad block stops them from getting money, dont be an ass, ads are 30 seconds if unskippable and 5 to skip -.-
***** Blocking ads stops revenue to the uploader. This basically means that SciShow gets money (not much) from viewers watching those ads and when they're blocked no money is made which could be hurtful in the long run. Help RUclipsrs and disable adblock. :)
Hallzy ..and everyone else who talks about ad revenue to uploader: Sorry, no - I'm lot more willing to donate on Subbable or pay some small monthly fee for content that I really like, than get bombarded with those hundreds of thousands of ads, that I've never seen in last few years since adblock. If content maker wants to make revenue - make donation form in your site or use one of the dontation services out there - me and thousands of others will gladly pay dollar a month or so for your videos. If you want to make world better place by offering free education - don't expect to receive money for it. It's so simple...
I have several joints that can pop all the time. My left wrist can and does pop every time I move it in a certain way. If I twitch my wrist in that certain way it pops indefinitely. My neck pops a lot too, but that's different. I got in a car accident that did some damage to my neck, now it constantly builds up tension, and the only way to relieve it is to crack my neck. It typically pops approximately 20 times an hour.
I FINALLY figured out why this guy doesnt seem as engaging as the other host for scishow. DUDE! Where are your graphics? You deserve em too! Tell the other host to share the graphic designers! I want to like you as a host too. Got the smile down :D Just needs graphics on your clips too! :3
That IGNobel Prize note made my day :'D Especially combined with the relief about developing arthritis and the fact that turning 28 today, growing old will be a big concern of mine for the rest of the day. So I won't hear your crap about subbable but thank you nonetheless.
Can you go into the details of the meniscus part of the knee? And would you like to explain in a thorough manner, what best could be done to help regenerate that part if it was operated on?
My chiropractor told me many years ago that cracking your joints is fine, and can be a great stress reviler, but cautioned strongly against forceful cracking, especially in the neck and back (he described forceful as any cracking in which you are using your hands to aid in the extension of joint for the purpose of cracking it)
I have two medical questions that I'd like answered if you can. How do Bone Spurs form? And what causes Degenerative Discs? I'm curious as to how these happen, mostly because I've the both conditions in the same location of my C Spine. I've been told that I'll have this for the rest of my life, so my hope is that understanding it will help me deal with it better. Thank you P.S. I love this show! Thanks for all the fun facts and information.
The presenter was enjoying himself with this topic xD
Yessss
That's michael aranda
We came here for 1:54. We were not disappointed!
it’s bbc
"I beg to differ" *devil cries*
idk y but that cracking sound I found it SOOOO enjoyable XD I don't even get it
That neck crack sound. Beautiful.
this video cracked me up.
The world is going to kill itself.
omfg lmao
.....
I am occasionally alarmed at how loud and SATISFYING my neck popping can be. Every once in a while it'll pop in such a way that I'm SURE I've broken something and that I'm gonna paralyze myself.
Does that fear stop me from cracking the neck again a few hours later?
I'll let you take a guess.
It certainly does feel good. I don't think I've ever worried about it, but sometimes people have asked if I'm ok afterwards. Apparently it alarms some people.
My friend popped his neck and saw red and nearly passed out once. But he was also on hallucinogens so I dunno man. lol
During standard testing at school in the choir room, afterwords I fell off the risers and cracked my neck and was pretty sure that I'd killed myself.
First time I did it I was genuinely scared. I was too scared to check if I was paralyzed.
I've popped my neck before and had a horrific and terrible jolt of pain surge up my neck to the back of my head. Needless to say after that I don't pop my neck much anymore... lol
1:53 Anyone else find that sound strangely satisfying?
I cracked my neck at the same time he did. mmmm soo good!
I busted a nut to that
Kasyhill I don't think he mean't it in that way son
Satisfying, yes.
Cracking my neck and knuckle? Even more satisfying.
Yes
anyone else crack your neck when he did, or started to crack your joints while watching the video.
no stop asking
Kevin R
I only asked once.
yes, yes I did.
Head, shoulder, knees, toes, fingers, elbows, wrists, ankles, neck and back. Yes.
No you did not stop lying
I enjoy bending backwards over the backs of chairs and moving myself so that the chair cracks different sections of my spine. It's like a drug lol
That could be rather dangerous since it's still your spine.
+TheHadesShade nah it aint
i do that in class and one time the teacher thought i broke my back and forced me not to move til the nurse came to make sure
***** did you actually hurt yourself?
+Dark Towel oh you can do that very easily! Not even a physical therapist would do that to himself! Then why would someone that doesn't know anything about it do it to them selves? almost everything can go wrong when you try that and would damage your spine.
ah man.. that neck crack.. that sounded so goood
+Kick Flare click on the video (once or twice to unpause it) and press 8 multiple times
Oh god... That sound... Pure heaven.
I seriously don't understand why people don't like Michael as much as Hank! He's hilarious and so good at presenting :)
With some commas in the title, this video could be COMPLETELY different.
Haha, true! It would be an interesting topic though...
You only need one actually.
"Why do joints, pop and crack?"
Believe me, when I clicked this vid, I was expecting it to be about joints and crack.
Derp Herp Oxford comma or GTFO.
That video would just be Michael stood bleary eyed for 2 minutes, followed by him yelling "BECAUSE REASONS!"
Yes! The presenter is funny and has developed his own unique style and I'm bloody happy for him :) I love that wicked grin just before he does something interesting and that little "ahh" after cracking- I'm so glad I'm not alone with the pleasure of a post-crack cracking! Finishes with a mischievous neck-crack- love it!!
Joints pop and crack because you didn't give the plant a nice 2 week flush.. oh wait, we're not talking about weed..
GrowGreenerGuru LOL
I love the sound of a neck cracking, and my neck strangely felt relived when you did. Bravo Mr Aranda!
"I beg to differ" hahhah that cracked me up.
That pun was fun
I've always wondered about this. Thanks for the awesome video.
For a second I thought SciShow did an episode on weed
They have before.
It was called "How Weed Works"
IveGotToast
Oh yeh, good spot :P
Drugs Bunny Did you play DotA by any chance?
ParleLeVu
No sir, I used to play a lot of rsps, though.
Drugs Bunny I see. Wrong fellow then. Apparently, there is only one Bugs Bunny, but Drugs Bunnies are all around. :)

It's from our ancestors. It originally was warning when danger was close.
Yes, sure, but what does it mean if i can crack the joints of my left foot over and over again?
Then maybe it´s not your joint, that´s cracking, but the tendons, that streak over them

how many scishow channels are out there? i found another one..scishow space! are there more! I WANT THEM ALL! :d
just the two of them
I just want to say that your username and pic are fantistic.
well thank you my dear sir! :3
SciShow just has two but if you dive further into vlogbrother's teritory you also have crashcourse, mental flosh, the brain scoop, animal wonders, vlogbrothers and quite some more
Isn't there crashcourse also?
Finally, now I know why! Nice shirt! ;) You're one of our backers?
Well shoot, what does it mean then when you CAN repeatedly crack the same joint? I can repeatedly crack my left thumb over and over again seemingly for infinity if I wanted to. Is there something wrong with the fluid in that joint? Or does it just dissolve the bubble unusually fast?
I can do the same with my right thumb, I have no idea what it is.
Same here!
I can do it with both of my feet, cracking both sides. I think there are multiple places for a bubble to form, so maybe thats why you can do this.
My wrists and the back of my shoulder blades can repeat for a really long time as well. I haven't gotten to a point yet where they stop. Hmmm. EDIT: Also my right ankle and under my left ear (just discovered those lol)
***** Wierd.. I was just doing that when I was reading everybody elses comments. :)
I asked this same question in my 6th grade science class. They did not answer me. I have been waiting ever sense. Thank you.
I cracked my fingers since I was little, but that neck crack at the end caught me offguard. It was both painful and oddly satisfying to hear.
best sci show yet THANKS GUYS!
That last crack sounded very satisfying.
Best Micheal´s video so far!
I beg you not to differ again, please.
One more reason to keep loving Michael... cracking joints is awesome!
Good video! Hearing all the weird theories the mystery has been resolved after all.
0:05 I didnt know fingers could bend that way
+Dilith Jayakody I NEVER NOTICED THAT WTF IS HE DOING
Now THAT is the least natural part of this video.
What, you didn't know that you could touch your fingers to your palm? That's like how we grip stuff. How have you been living your life until now?
Excellent video! Been waiting for this ever since Michael mentioned the sci show topic in one of his daily vlogs.
Two well placed comas could change that title and take it a whole other direction!
I love it when you host this!

You learn something new every day.
I can crack my: neck, jaw, elbows, all my fingers and thumbs, sometimes my hips and shoulders, knees, ankles, my right wrist, toes and back. :D
lol nice man, I can crack only my left hip and it is frustrating that I can't do the other...
try not to do the jaw one,it's quite easy to dislocate it compared to other joints(at least from my sub-experience)
iota-09 Yeah, I know but it's quite fun to freak out my friends because I can produce different notes with it to create music. I haven't managed to dislocate it but sometimes it does feel close to. :\
Racist643 I can.
***** To crack my big toe I have to kind of pull it out, to the left or right depending on the foot, instead of down. Feels super great ~
Best pick up Line ever "hey baby, I'm crunchy" a new golden era of pickup lines has begun
I couldn't stop even if I wanted to as the only joint the cracks for me are my ankles. So every time I walk down a flight of stairs all I hear is the cracking!
haha my ankles do that too! and they do it pretty loud as well. my hope of becoming a ninja is all but a dream cause of this :'( :'(

Both my big toes click, and I can click them over and over and over and over again. Do I not have enough of that gooey goodness to dissolve the bubbles?
I have that problem too. I've never asked a doctor about it, and I've never met another person with the same problem. We belong together.
We're the same, you and I. :D
It's not the joint but tendons snapping around then. That makes a similar noise.
I can also do that. Recently my right toe stopped being able to do it. I fixed it by repeatedly popping it :D
I can do it too, both toes. I can also do the same with my right thumb.
I always have to crack my knees after waking and sitting down for a certain amount of time. I always thought that this might have been bad for my joints but I am relieved to find that there isn't any data suggesting this to be true. Great info!
That sound of his neck popping is like a beautifully composed progressive metal album: Beautiful, but metal as shit.
this made my day. Cracking my joints is my favourite thing to do, ever.

Why exactly did you ask that question without watching a little over 1 minute..
Obvious troll is obvious.
There probable isn't enough gas left to make a second bubble, so you have to wait for the first one to go away.
oh my, i wanted to know this for so long. thanks sciwayshow!
I have loose/double jointed joints in a few places like my shoulders, so I can put my hands as high as my shoulder blades (coming from the bottom, not top) plus I can arch my back to the point where I can see directly behind me, so I can crack any part of my back with ease.... This usually freaks people out haha
As I read that I tried the things you said. lol
I tried it. Cracked my back twice. Lied 5 minutes on the ground recovering from pain. Thanks. :)
Maybe I should have added not to put your hands on your spine directly, but on either side, and not to go any farther than your back allows.... haha
LegoGirl1990 like I said, I have loose joints, so it makes cracking them easier. I'm not flexible from stretches, but rather from weird bones :)
Well put. A good episode.
That neck crack at the end...
***** And I thought a neck cracking was bad...
good one! thanks SciShow.
It's like bubble wrap.
They're just jealous they don't' have any.
I honestly love that sound.
lol One of those things where it's perfectly fine when you do it, but witnessing somebody else do it kinda grosses you out.
You mean like taking a dump?
Libya4LY I've had plenty of poops from which I wanted to get away from asap.
It's seems a bit closer to babies since some people still like other people's babies.
Libya4LY hang on, you mean you arent supposed to take dumps with other people?
Libya4LY Exactly, or farting.
My mother HATES it when I crack my joints, and then she goes and noisily scrapes her long fingernails on hard surfaces. What a hypocrite.
And/or are you making yourself more flexible in the process?
i can crack the palm of my hand :D
Same here, lol.
There is no joints there!
Pat Norris yee but there is no joint in the palm, that's like saying you can pop your skull!
Revive Teleport There are near the wrist.

1:54 "I beg to differ" *looks you dead in the eye while popping neck* I just keep laughing and replayed that part
Am I a freak then? I can crack the same join over and over never stops.
i can too crack my left wrist joint as much as i like, about once every second. i like to call it my musical bone
Other, more grindy noises can suggest there are abrasions on some aspects of the joint surfaces, causing increased friction and noises to occur.
i can do it with both of my hands as fast and as frequent as I want
I can crack my jawbone over and over, but that's it.
I couldn't watch this without cracking all my joints. It's like yawning in a crowded room... damn well contagious!
This title is misleading, I was expecting a video on drugs haha
Yup. You thought it was one controversial topic, but it was really a different one.
Never have I ever had a joint pop and/or crack in that sense. You sure you're not smoking pop rocks?
Idris M oh good that means ive never gotten laced weed
*****
once a seed got hot in my friend's pipe and popped out of the pipe and into his eye, burning his cornea and making him mostly blind in that eye. i am by no means saying that pot is bad......just the seeds lmao XD
"Okay kids, write down your answers!"
*CRACK CRACK CRACK CRACK CRACK*
I was just wondering about this- thanks for the info!
bone farts
Thank you. This was very enlightening. I pop my spine sometimes, the vertebrae closer to the sacrum and it felt really nice.
why do joints, pop, and crack?
because it fun to get high
see what I did there, everyone?
hellyeah gramps you're awsome xD

i dont know if this comment has anything yo do with the video but im going to assume that you know of or have played the stanely parable judging by that comment.
Great video, Michael! Loved it. :)
fucking unskippable demon ad :(
There there, Tony. You did it for Sci-Show. We're proud of you.
***** If you get AdBlock then SciShow doesn't get the ad revenue.
Hallzy ..and everyone else who talks about ad revenue to uploader:
Sorry, no - I'm lot more willing to donate on Subbable or pay some small monthly fee for content that I really like, than get bombarded with those hundreds of thousands of ads, that I've never seen in last few years since adblock.
Attractive guys talking science... I just... I love this channel
Enjoyable episode.
"I beg to differ."
YESSSSSSS aaaaah that was so relaxing
I actually did not know this, thanks SciShow
that last neck crack was a thing of beauty
há nice, this is really interesting!
That IGNobel Prize note made my day :'D
Especially combined with the relief about developing arthritis and the fact that turning 28 today, growing old will be a big concern of mine for the rest of the day.
So I won't hear your crap about subbable but thank you nonetheless.
Can you go into the details of the meniscus part of the knee? And would you like to explain in a thorough manner, what best could be done to help regenerate that part if it was operated on?
It feels so good, my fav is cracking my shoulders and back twists.
That's a lovely sound.
It was very helpful, thank you.
Oh hey! A Castle Story shirt! Nice man
Gosh. I can't even believe someone actually came to explain that!! Hahaha thank you tons, guys. You always have my likes.
My chiropractor told me many years ago that cracking your joints is fine, and can be a great stress reviler, but cautioned strongly against forceful cracking, especially in the neck and back (he described forceful as any cracking in which you are using your hands to aid in the extension of joint for the purpose of cracking it)
Cracking video!
I like this guy he should do more like half of the videos
I have two medical questions that I'd like answered if you can. How do Bone Spurs form? And what causes Degenerative Discs?
I'm curious as to how these happen, mostly because I've the both conditions in the same location of my C Spine. I've been told that I'll have this for the rest of my life, so my hope is that understanding it will help me deal with it better.
Thank you
P.S. I love this show! Thanks for all the fun facts and information.
