Genius :) Indeed, the darkness is literally terrifying. The emotion felt when approaching, and during analysing the deepest buried thoughts is terror. I think a lot of people can benefit from your wisdom, millions. Clearly they do not have, let’s call it ‘full blown schizophrenia’, but it seems that even a ‘normal’ person has some degree of schizophrenic aberration, in addition to depressive aberration, compulsive aberration, narcissistic aberration and so on. I wonder if you have thoughts on the entire spectrum schizophrenia, and what ‘low level’ schizophrenia would be. I certainly have low level aberration of the different varieties I mentioned, but honestly I’m not really sure about schizophrenia. Only the extreme version is generally spoken of, so I don’t know what it means to have medium level, or mild, or a tiny bit of. Anyway, keep up the good work. Your poem was very accurate.

Thanks! Matt. I'm glad you're able to appreciate my thoughts and emotions captured and presented in these words. It is my heart to have the spirit of individuals who've been beaten and casted down, resurrected with a different outlook on the hardships that life has handed to them. There is much to be gained from our suffering, and it doesn't all need to be in vain.
As for my thoughts on the schizophrenic spectrum. I do believe my experience with the illness covered both the mild and severe. I was never held captive on one side of it for the entire duration of the suffering which I endured. At times I was able to socialize while still having uncontrollable thoughts and a bit of paranoia. I would call this more mild than anything else. But then it went from that to total isolation with a shunning of people, starving myself (I wouldn't call what i did a fast) and it was just downhill from there. This would be severe in my estimation. So I skipped the "mild" stage, however, going from the experiences of someone I know who had similar diagnosis... a mild would be what they experienced. They had the paranoia and delusions, but they were more receptive to authority. They also easily complied to the medical staff, and law enforcements. They didn't view ALL others as being out to get them, in fact, they hated being alone. I find people whose condition doesn't go beyond this point are far more reachable than those who border on the extreme: isolation can be a killer. Those who live on the extreme are very hard to reach.
Thanks again for your kind words man.

TheMorningMist99: beyond schizophrenia thanks for your reply. Even the ‘mild’ sounds far beyond what I’ve ever experienced. I suppose I’m quite fortunate there. Well, it’s still very interesting to hear your perspective. Keep up the great work :) I’m sure by your late life you’ll have deeply inspired many people.

Also focus on Gospel Music, or Christain, or classical music something beautiful and
inviting and ethereal. Of course rock, hard core music is of the devil, and can send you spinning
in a depressive state. I know because I've experienced it.

Music is a thing of the spirit! What we listen to affects us in more ways than many seem to recognize. Genlte music brings on a gentle and calm mind. Aggressive music brings out that the very same aggression as we open up and let in. It's the law of sowing and reaping: what is sowed into the heart must return to the sower. I agree with you. These are some of the things I hope to speak on in the future as well.
I appreciate you're comments! Thank you.
