Write down some things you’d like to see changed about yourself. Here were mine
- increase pay by 20%
- build 10 pounds of muscle weight
- cut body fat from 19% to 15%
- join a toast masters class
- go to church
I would make these goals for myself then complete them by little steps at a time. The more I worked on completing my goals the more confidence and self esteem I built.
It’s all about working on yourself. Focus on yourself and ignore everyone else’s criticism. Stay strong, stay motivated. Go change your life.
