It's Timo Kotipelto, he has some trouble with his voice for quite a while. 2010/2011 he got a virus that attacked his voice while he was on tour and he still sang some shows, which killed his "old" voice.
Must be your ears. He has a couple of off notes, but for the most part a pretty good live performance. The recording isn't the best so it can make it a bit hard to hear the intonation, but he does a good job on this
