Absolutely right. Yes it's only you and the Lord. Set apart that time only for fasting i.e not necessarily food, but quality time. Praying without getting distracted. Spend an hour with the Lord praying for your needs. This is what I have started and thank you Pastor for letting me know what i am doing is right.
