Hi Dear, I am happy to find your amazing tutorial.
Can I possibly know what material did you use for the mold?
Could you possibly be able to have a tutorial to make the mold and the armature? It would be appreciate it..
    Thanks so much :)

Hey nice video, I'm trying to do a stopmotion video, what is the catalyst exactly? Can you explain please? thanks

    • @sjchiodo

The catalyst is the chemical that cures silicone. When you purchase silicone you will get the silicone base and catalyst.

Hi, very good your tutorial, I already find the Mold Max 10 product in my country, I have a question, in the second transparent pot you use, the silicone is already mixed with the color in there?

You are very thorough in explaining your methods. Why are there no other tutorial videos? I only see this one posted to your channel, 3 years ago. You should make more! Anyway, I’m also curious what the mold is made of. Is it just a baking clay of some kind? Super sculpey? Thanks!

Excellent, patient, thoroughly kind and generous instructor.
I cringed at the environmental and health impact of using the materials as shown however.
The toxic chemical exposure isn't necessary as there are suitable biopolymers readily available that are also far less costly.
The landfill polluting cups and syringes that become waste after each cast can be better avoided for this art form.
The techniques shown were expert, I just long for a day when artists and institutions choose materials for their art that also better consider their health and environment as well.

I agree. Unfortunately, I'm unaware of any natural material that is safe for people and the environment and does what these chemicals do. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
