They could definitely use some expansion of their international network. They don't touch Africa or southeast Asia and rely too heavily on one world partners for those regions. There are a few potentially profitable markets with high demand that AA could explore from some of their hubs. From Dfw or Lax ‐ Singapore, Kuala lumpur, Manilla, Jakarta From Phl- Capetown, Columbo From Jfk- Accra, Lagos. Do they really need as much as 6 daily flights to BCN and FCO? Send some of those dreamliners elsewhere and explore some new destinations.

And Tracking. After few months they offered me a claim less than 25%. Can you imagine yours most valuable gifts and belongings get lost with which you had emotional attachment?
Look at United and Delta. How about we increase the international market and not focus on domestic. The service is giving budget carrier vibes. Barely any international destinations snd relying on the one world alliance is very embarrassing. No in flight screens for domestic.
