Hey Chris, it's really hard to find honest reviews of budget TWS online, most people are just pushing you to buy with their affiliate links. It's awesome that you're starting to review them as you have some of the most in depth and trustworthy reviews out there. Hoping you'll review more!
I'm getting a lot of emails of brands now wanting to send them to me to review. I've agreed to a few more reviews as I'm interested in them. Sadly the views are poor on TWS but oh well. More to come!!!
@@Techtablets I've also appreciated your review style and was pleased to see you were covering more TWS headphones. We need your perspective on these devices. Too many other reviewers fail to be critical, when it would be warranted. Thx
been using for about a week. these tws earbuds for 25 euros blew my mind. they sound very good for its price. generally using for music so i havent really tested the mic because it does not matter much to me. batteries are as advertised and fine . but i have to disagree that touch controls are hit and miss. the "trick" i use is to not tap really quick , just half second each tap should do the work. i have to agree with the lack of volume control tho. i wish it had a swipe up/down for volume . you never really know their importance once theyre gone.. and thats the case here. thats the only complaint i have but even with that one con, since it costed me 25 euros , its worth the price 100%. You can trust aukey ,
Like many others have said, this is just a rebrand of QCY-T5. I bought this not knowing what to expect. I have had experience with a pair of non-TWS BT earphones a couple years ago and it was mediocre. Having listened to this I am deeply impressed by how far cheap TWS earphones have got, and it makes devices not having a headphone jack acceptable now. I would also echo Chris' thought that the capacitive control is finicky and the call quality isn't the best. One thing to add is that the case is very lightweight and doesn't feel sturdy and it scratches easily too but these are to me non-issues at this price point. Pairing is smooth and easy though so this makes a great pair of TWS earphones for media consumption/music.
Hi James, would you tell me how these are doing at this point? What have people said about your calls during these months? If wanting something in this price point still, would you have bought these, knowing what you do now?
@@reb541 Call quality is reasonable, I've had quite many phone calls and online meetings with it and did not hear any complaints. The only nitpick would be that the case battery does not hold as long a charge as when it's new anymore, but that's to be expected with Lithium Ion battery. I've also dropped the earphones a lot but they still work perfectly. I'd happily recommend this to anyone looking for an entry TWS earphones.
I just tested out the Mpow M30 and the sound is seller. Of course they look nothing like the Crapples or Crapple knockoffs. They pair just about instantly when you open the case. Base treble and mid-range are all great and the touch controls work 99.5% of the time! Good review!
I completely agree with the absence of volume control. The main reason why I purchased these -- besides cost -- was 1) for zoom meetings and 2) not bother those who are physically around me (i.e. my family). While wearing them, however, people with loud vocal chords do blow my eardrums! I may have to give these up and order a a pair that does have volume control.
Update for anyone seeing this now. This model now uses a type C USB, the charger indicator now shows level, and the EP-T21P and EP-T21S model have wireless charging. I'm using a set now. They're decent. Not the best or worst. Not bad for $10 though.
Glad you're reviewing budget TWS earphones it's hard to find trustworthy reviews. I've been looking at the QCY QS2 and Tronsmart Spunky Beats. Any insight you can offer on either of those would be greatly appreciated

These seem absolutely worthless and worse than even Mi Airdots 2 Pro. But... they are smaller and more traditional hooks, and not the absolutely humongous african earhooks like Mi.
