@motorolasupport I can't install the RSA software on my PC, it gets to the step where it's trying to install "Motorola End User Driver 6.4.0" and the installation freezes?
Tried this, got an error saying to contact them on the website, Did that, got told I'd have to access level 2 support... Which is only available via phone... How are people supposed to call them when they can't use their phones???
I was watching the video for the actual drivers. :)) I guess it could be that the drivers were already installed. So that might be why they didn't show up again during installation.

when the file downloads it say's failure to decompress what can I do to fix that?
Is there an option to install older version of android not the newest?
