For me, it occurs as a collapsing back into myself. Past all the big, bad, scary which I understood what it was, why it exists there Back to that first breath. Back to the first physical sensations before the first breath. Back to the wondering that triggered it and the all that is in which it was/is asked. I am reminded that the thing NDE's have in common: they are brought through "hell" before being shown "heaven". All that frightens us are the "bowels", just things working themselves out, the compost, etc. And now, I am aware with every fiber of my being that everything is working out for me, everything is being taken care of for me. I am living on the verge of ecstacy almost constantly while being fully grounded in consciousness. That should take me places, indeed.

Dear Adamus, or Anybody who can show me higher perspective: I feel, that i let almost everything go in the last years. But i have one big problem that triggers me so much:my motherinlaw has a huge hate towards us, and she has forceps that we not care properly for her grandson. She even filed a complaint with the child welfare office… and I feel fear nowdays that i couldnt let go. What should i do?
