You don’t necessarily have to fast food but God honors sacrifice whilst understanding your condition you could fast social media or coffee. You could still even fast food for a much less duration. 1-3 hours or 1-2 hours
I prayed and received, and it was only after the prayer that I remembered that I'd had a strange knee/ligament pain on both knees for the past few months (I'd only feel it when positioning my knees at a certain angle). The pain is gone now after receiving the healing from God! Praise God!!

I needed this Im going to fast all week preparing for baptism, and deliverance. I am in spiritual warfare, only alive by the mercy of his love. Im under attack by multiple covens, chased and hunted accross 8 states, 24 counties in GA and they are not stopping I am followed 24/7 nonstop, harrassed all day long, but the power of the blood of Jesus Christ has been shielding me, I am living proof of their lack of power againts Jesus, all day long I can see because the holy spirit has revealed it their curses, their chanting, their sacrifices, and yet nothing can attach, becuase of the holy spirit and his name. I am nothing a frail weak human, I ony have my faith in him, I do what he asks keep my focus on him, I pray, read and fast he has given me a peace I can't describe, a calm, a serenity, a love, Im even praying for them, because it's his will, he said the fight was his and he keeps his word. Im fasting water only. Im on day 7 today. It feels amazing! I always feel my best by day 5! Hunger stops day 3. Coffee is fine. Don't recommend excessive water. Periodically avoid water 12 hrs each day. Pray 🙏

I am a healthy person, I did a normal fast. My blood pressure dropped dangerously low after 5 days. If your blood pressure runs on the low to normal side, be careful. You can start feeling faint, light headed or dizzy when standing. It can be deadly if it gets too low. Check your blood pressure regularly if you are starting with a normal or below normal blood pressure.
This is truly miraculous. I wasn't even thinking about the pain in my knee cap that kept moving out of joint b'cuz I was thinking about my struggle with highblood pressure. Oh my God, thank you! I can actually move my leg and there's absolutely no pain that was there for longer than I can remember.

This is truly miraculous. I wasn't even thinking about the pain in my knee cap that kept moving out of joint b'cuz I was thinking about my struggle with highblood pressure. Oh my God, thank you! I can actually move my leg and there's absolutely no pain that was there for longer than I can remember.
