On the spectrum, highly porous hair is classified as unhealthy hair because of the cuticle is far open and smooth as a result of heat damage, relaxer damage, dye etc. but I really don't like the term because there are people who are naturally born with highly porous hair. All in all, whether one is even born with low porosity hair, their hair is in a spectrum where it can also become high porosity if there's ph damage.🥲💖
