the reason why my hair stopped growing is very funny so at 5 years old my hair was shoulder length already then i travelled with my fam outside d country to the us and it changed my hair texture nd i grew it longer a bit and when i came to naija it stopped what should i do
It just falls down not completely but it can fall especially when it's on twists or braids My hair was like 6 inches and it was still standing up in braids...it varies from person to person, density, length and texture too. My close friend had her drop so early like 4 inches, her hair was thinner and softer than mine. Hard water is terrible I've been trying to figure out my hair for over a year now just because i changed my location, my hair has really break alot, I don't want to cut it off because it means going back to square 1😢😭 😢 I'm just trying to manage it as simple as i can.
Let's try to track the cause, telogen a Effluvium is excessive shedding as a result of stress but excessive shedding also has a lot of other sources. I pray it's nothing more than stress sis💖

My hair and my kids hair has remained in same length for a while now.
It might just be the anagen phase ish...yours and yours will keep growing🤗 I wish you growth ❤️
What length is the drop....how do you know when your hair is at the drop?
