I’ve painted for over 30 years, basically painting mountain landscapes and wildlife. My wife who is an avid gardener said I could painter her a flower. I’d never done one so watched several videos. I really liked Victoria’s. Easy to follow and easy techniques which get great results. Plus, she has a large variety of tutorials. Highly recommend.....
I did this for a late Mother’s Day/ Birthday present and my mom absolutely loved it! I sourced all the materials myself but it turned out great for my first painting! Looking forward to follow more tutorials with you Victoria!!!
Amazing…this is the best teaching class for beginners on u tube….i have gone through hours of u tube tutorials….i wish u can do more…a lot of artists watch and do your tutorials but do not let you know of the excellent teaching basics. More please….
In order to keep your canvas wet. I would suggest using a spray water bottle. Spray the canvas as you progress in order to keep your canvas moist and as you paint. It’s necessary to keep things moving and flowing. So the paint won’t dry up. As you’re working.

If you want to do a pink one...just mix magenta and cad red light together with white instead of the yellow tones. Let me know if you have any other questions.

what lest of colors are you using?
I use Nova Color Paint. This is acrylic paint. The list is: cadmium yellow light, Phthalo Blue, yellow ochre, burnt umber and white

The video features an 11”x14” canvas
Would prefer no background music, I would rather listen to my own music while I paint. Otherwise I found it very helpful.
