Thank you for that video! It helped me to fix my PVM, which had color issues with S-Video/Composite. Now it is working fine again ^^

I have that same monitor and I'm having an issue with some discoloration at the top of the screen, does this monitor has an integrated degaussing coil? is there a procedure for that.
Also, I left the monitor on for a week before noticing it, then all of a sudden, I have some weird tiny pitch sound going on and now the screen doing a wave thing from top to bottom... does it mean that it needs recap... :(
    thanks in advance

Sounds like it might be wise to recap it! - There's a good chance that, you have simply encountered a problem that would have occurred either way, only much sooner due to the extended run time. I imagine it wasn't displaying an image right, and that's why you didn't notice? Hopefully the phosphorus is okay :) Good luck 🙏

Unrelated but have you heard about a KV-32FD1K? It's a Sony widescreen tv but with two VGA inputs...i have found very little information on the internet about that set

I need help I seriously screwed up! I went into my Toshiba HD Crts service menu to see if I could fix the overscan and ended up messing the wrong things up and can't change it back

Man, i'm having problems with a KV-34FV15. I'm guessing dry capacitors, but I want to see if anyone ever had similar symptoms.
Let's say a console is connected to video 1.
The "video 1" message on screen never goes away and after awhile the message starts changing position and number(video 2/3 etc.) but the signal stays on video 1. During this,
the TV sometimes loses a little bit of focus on the image with a little bit of flicker(small but noticeable). After a few more seconds, the TV starts losing signal and goes blank. When the TV starts behaving like that, if I try to manually change video IN, the TV simply cycles the
"Video 1/2/3" message but keeps the signal on 1 until it goes dark(TV still on but no image). I have to shut it off for 5-10min for the TV to show video again.
Also, Video IN 2 is in b&w.
This happens on all inputs and video signals(component, s-video and composite).
    Anyone has had similar problems?

hey, I just picked up a Nokia 445Xpro that has a problem with the flyback I guess? The picture is fine on it, but every 20-50 seconds it will make a clicking sound and go black for a second. I assume that it has a sony tube in it, according to the information I could find about it on the internet.

Hi, my first name is Gabriel, I live in Brazil and here it is difficult to get help, at least in my city, I have a PVM 1443MD, it is without the red color sometimes a few touches on the cabinet and it returns sometimes but it does not stay for a long time being displayed on the screen, I suppose that could be the channel selection buttons, could you give me some way to look?
    Thank you very much.

Hey there I just picked up a Sony PVM 80-40 trinitron and it has image scaling that is wayyy off and the colors are dim and often drop to all blue and white. Do you do repairs or have an email I can reach out to you regarding services?

Hello boss, there are scratches on my PVM 20M2 screen. I would like to remove the front panel and tear off the original film. Is there a video of the disassembly? thank you
