I also like that fish store. So much things to look at. I can stay there for hours. cardinal tetra is nice. I have 14 of it. They really look very nice in planted aquarium. Amano shrimp very hard working I have 5 of it.
It is beautiful to see how your hobby grows! The tanks look great! Just have fun in it! I love to see the bowls with the ricefish also, a part of your culture. That is really nice. Maybe you could make a video about the town your stayin in, a little video. I love to see other cultures and how people live. But only if you want to. Stay safe! Have a great weekend!
Those Threadfins are one of my favorite dwarf rainbow fish. If you can find Penguin Tetras they are my favorite schooling fish. Once mature and comfortable they are stunning easily one of the most underrated Tetras around. Great video as always.
Finally subscribed to your channel - but have been watching your videos regularly for a while! Thanks for the information, love the easy happy style of your videos!
Good to see the fish room coming along and the subs climbing steadily, you’ll be at 100k in no time at all, keep the videos coming Ryo 👍. P.s maybe clear just a little patch with the rice fish but keep most of the plants there, it looks really cool as it is 🤓.... Greetings as always from Ireland 🇮🇪🤝🇯🇵
Leave the rice fish! They are protected by the plant. You easily moved the plant to the side to feed them, so let them have their privacy and safe haven. Cardinal tetras are my favorites along side the German Blue Rams!! I love them both! I'm going to try keeping GBR's again next spring. Your tanks are beautiful! Thanks for the brief view of the countryside, as you went down the road! So serene!
Hi Ryo!! Got really interested in taking care of some fishes.. its a very good stress reliever.. just watching your videos are just very helpful especially after work and just got to relax 😌
I'm so jelly, pet stores here in the US only have 3-6 kinds of plants. Those variety bundles look amazing!! Its taken a few months and lots of amazon shopping for me to start my aquatic plant collection
I love Cardinal Tetras. They would look great in that tank. German Blue Rams sounds like a very fun breeding project. I think for the Rice Fish, you might consider removing about half the plants. They'll still have plenty of cover but will be easier to see.
Fantastic video as usual. Really love your DIY lids, they look great. Blue Rams would be a fascinating fish, I think they are really pretty. Is your water soft or hard? Congratulations on your jobs as well👍👍💞
Trim it so you can propagate it. Also, Move all the tanks in the middle of the rack so the weight is (almost) equally distributed on the rack and will prevent bending.
Suspend the light over top the tanks with fishing wire and some nails in ceiling. You can do the same under the shelf . The fish room is coming together nice . Great job 👍
I think that a small pond would be a very good solution, since everything grows and lives so nicely. Such a small eye under a small peak would be great.
Hey ryo - i bought a 5 litres bottle of water - added substrate and some live plants and some shrimp - I'm gonna get many colours and bottles to TRY IT EASY ON THE POCKETS AND LOOKS GREAT
I have a pair of Honey Gourami who were doing that chasing game as well. I had to separate them because the one was tormenting the other and pinning it against a corner constantly. It was sad to see, but the more passive male is much more at peace in his new home and Mr. Bossy has his domain.
Yes! please get the rams. They are beautiful fish. Why won't you add a different variety of shrimp for your tank. I believe you said the ones you have now are more hardy? There many colorful ones you've shown us.
Your aquascape turned out to be really beautiful. I remember when you set it up and added amano shrimps in there. I didn't think it would turn out to be this pretty. Btw, What was the internal filter you were using in the bottom tank in the fish room?
The algae tank need plants... Also u can try Twinstar Nano Algae Inhibitor. It will take care of green algae, diatoms, hair algae..Silica and Phosphate with long lighting session is triggering Diatoms to bloom.. Add some stem and Pinatifida from other tank
I’m not a fan of that plus I’m not going buy that device to try to solve my algae problems. There’s really no proof of the twinstar algae inhibitor working in my opinion. I’ll just wait for the tank to balance out on its own 👌thanks though 😊
@@RyoWatanabee yep... Hey try adding the few stem plants or Pinatifida from other tank.. They will also help to compete with alage. AMANO are best though for eating algae
They are the best algae eater shrimp but they also like eating some plants, I eventually had to remove mine because lots of plants had punctured leaves from the amanos.
If the plants are growing healthy, the amano shrimp are smart enough to know not to eat it. When the plants are weak, the leaves tend to be softer and easier for the shrimp to eat it
Ryo Watanabe they are known for eating soft-leafed plants, not only unhealthy leaves. If there’s not enough algae for them and they don’t get fed enough they’ll jump to some plants.
Follow me on Instagram @ryowatanabee
What fish would you add to this tank?
Endlers and dwarf rainbowfish
Add a small species of pleco
I will probably adding some Galaxy rasboras into the tank!:)
Pair of blue rams, 8-10 rummynose shrimp or panda Corys
Ghost knife fish
Would love to see some blue dream shrimp in the aquascaped aquarium
I think you should trim the plants a little bit for sunlight. It will give them brighter color and lay more eggs.
I am So jealous of your shrimp and medaka selections! Thanks for sharing, with us!
Mad editing skills in this video Ryo! I love seeing all the fish. I think the Amano Shrimp are pretty.

You know what time is it? It's AaaaAclimation time!!
Your main tank looks better and better! Really nice.
Finally subscribed to your channel - but have been watching your videos regularly for a while! Thanks for the information, love the easy happy style of your videos!
The all-val aquarium is looking surprisingly good. I thought I would hate it.
Good to see the fish room coming along and the subs climbing steadily, you’ll be at 100k in no time at all, keep the videos coming Ryo 👍. I agree with the statement about the rice fish, its nice how it looks and it gives them some nice hiding spots :)
Thank you 😊
Can say I've thoroughly enjoyed each one of your videos. One of the few channels I keep up to date with video to video. Can't wait for the next update
nice Ryo really coming along great job bud!
You should try and Set up a pea puffer tank
Woahhh the transitioning is so Great at the same time soo awesome

Great video Ryo 🔝
Tank is looking great! the Hygrophila is stunning.
Hi Ryo!! Got really interested in taking care of some fishes.. its a very good stress reliever.. just watching your videos are just very helpful especially after work and just got to relax 😌
Thank you so much 😊
Your tanks are so nice man👍🏽 keep up the great work.
Rams are one of my favorite fish! So beautiful and so fun to breed
Good move the shrimps addition. Nice tanks, some green neons sound good to to the Vallisnerias tank and yes, make more space for the rice fish.
I'm so jelly, pet stores here in the US only have 3-6 kinds of plants. Those variety bundles look amazing!! Its taken a few months and lots of amazon shopping for me to start my aquatic plant collection
So glad to hear you’re able to use your skills. Tanks are looking good
Thank you 😊
great video.. waiting for more.
I love Cardinal Tetras. They would look great in that tank. German Blue Rams sounds like a very fun breeding project. I think for the Rice Fish, you might consider removing about half the plants. They'll still have plenty of cover but will be easier to see.
Love your videos. Definitely buy and try to breed the German blue Rams, beautiful fish.
Fantastic video as usual. Really love your DIY lids, they look great. Blue Rams would be a fascinating fish, I think they are really pretty. Is your water soft or hard?
Congratulations on your jobs as well👍👍💞
I think our water here is relatively normal. Not too hard, not too soft
German blue rams looks lik and awesome fish 1 of my future most wanted fish as well
Trim it so you can propagate it.
Also,
Move all the tanks in the middle of the rack so the weight is (almost) equally distributed on the rack and will prevent bending.
I think the cardinal tetras or the the green neon tetras, or some of both...that would be nice and colorful. Breeding the rams are a good idea too.
Suspend the light over top the tanks with fishing wire and some nails in ceiling. You can do the same under the shelf . The fish room is coming together nice . Great job 👍
I really love your videos!! I see you from Spain!
Thank you 😊
I think that a small pond would be a very good solution, since everything grows and lives so nicely. Such a small eye under a small peak would be great.
I would say with the rice fish let the plants grow but trim an opening so you can still see and feed them easily and they still have hiding spots
Hey ryo - i bought a 5 litres bottle of water - added substrate and some live plants and some shrimp - I'm gonna get many colours and bottles to
TRY IT EASY ON THE POCKETS AND LOOKS GREAT
I hear that "Faster car".
That ain't getting past me :)
Waiting for more shrimp video xd. Can try getting some Sulawesi shrimp into your aquarium with the crystal shrimps.
Great video again. Hehe missing the old video of SG apartment fish tank haha. Not going back to SG anymore?
Lots of progress in your fish room 😁 Would love to see you bring in some cherry shrimps. I think it will look really good in your tanks 🦐
Please do an updated store tour of aquarevue. Those tanks are amazing.
Other fishkeeper: temperature Acclimate
Also Other fish keeper: Drip Accimate
Ryo Watanabe: temperature and drip acclimate 😂
Try red rilli shrimp it's awesome 🤩.
Dude nice! Working at AquaRevue is awesome
Yes I think u should get some cardinals for sure they are so pretty
Cardinals & Rummy Nose? That is exactly what I am setting up in my 90gal tank.
I think you should let those plants to grow because it provides hiding spots for the rice fishes!;)
I have a pair of Honey Gourami who were doing that chasing game as well. I had to separate them because the one was tormenting the other and pinning it against a corner constantly. It was sad to see, but the more passive male is much more at peace in his new home and Mr. Bossy has his domain.
Like your presentation on aquarium lives & hobby. Ditto your voice. Keep it up.
Brilliant aquascape ... Can you help me with the ideal temperature for the setups ... thanks
I would say do a little trim on the rice fish pond. Not too much, it looks good! Just a little haircut 😉😁👍
If only I live near.. would live to get the trimmings and excess plants 😁
Trim it a little.... Also I want more rice fish videos!!!
Yes trim alittle bit so they can have some lights.
Another great video 👍
I spoke too soon. Hahaha...you answered my question about other varieties of shrimp later in the vlog.
Shrimpses!!
My dreams Fishroom 👍
whats the best place to order rice fish from to the US you've inspired me to make a patio pond
You can get rice fish at Aquatic Arts in the US 👍
Imma fan of you zerrr, I think from the thumbnail is the best way to get one kind OF shrimp to prevent xbreeding
Leave it. They are doing great! Love Cardinal Tetras!
Very good vlog... 👍👍
you maybe should trim the big leaf on the rice fish pond
Yes! please get the rams. They are beautiful fish. Why won't you add a different variety of shrimp for your tank. I believe you said the ones you have now are more hardy? There many colorful ones you've shown us.
Ryo what is the red and white thing you dipped in the tank for acclimating? It looks like an air stone
It is an airstone
Your main tank is starting to mature. Get some otos or a pair of small plecos so you won't have to clean the glass as often.
You should leave the mini pond as it is
Love your video's and I'm very exited about your fish room. I was wondering what the latin name of the rice fish is?
Never mind. You showed it in the video :)
I have juvenile Denison barbs in my aquarium. Can i keep cherry shrimps with them? Currently I am not looking from breeding.
Trim just slightly not too much, really looking great.
Your aquascape turned out to be really beautiful. I remember when you set it up and added amano shrimps in there. I didn't think it would turn out to be this pretty.
Btw, What was the internal filter you were using in the bottom tank in the fish room?
Yes get some blue rams!!! Breed them
HI my friend i have a quiestion
...the shrimps can live with rice fish ? or thay will eat the eggs of the rice fish?
How do you do the lids? Just glue the hinge? Tks! Nice video has always.
I explained it in this video ruclips.net/video/BeaiD0fbdlA/видео.html
Yeah Amano 🤟🤟
you should add cherry shrimp in your tank the one with amano and ember tetras
Think the rice fish pond is beautiful and perfect - I would not trim it... :)
How do drip acclimate your fishes ??
Would be nice to see u try to breed the german blue rams
Love it youre awsome
Ryo, i think you should try to make a goldfish community planted aquarium in future... Love from India. 😊
You should do another terrarium
Do you use co2? What fertiliser that you use?
Our big fish shop here in Australia got nothing compare to this small shop everything is well look after unlike in Australia
Is that a type of Hydrocotyle? in the mini pond?
The algae tank need plants... Also u can try Twinstar Nano Algae Inhibitor. It will take care of green algae, diatoms, hair algae..Silica and Phosphate with long lighting session is triggering Diatoms to bloom..

Imagine raising rice fish in a big tub like your raissing guppies
Does the large amano shrimps prey on small fries?
Do you change water in the pots for rice fish. If yes what's the time interval to change water.
I explained in this video ruclips.net/video/t52ht_iZfzc/видео.html
@@RyoWatanabee Thankyou So much..
Yes where to buy rice fish in US? Need to know!
