For the first copies of the old Z1 Pro you had 2 options for the bottom and battery so 4 configurations. After a few month they changed it to 2 options, hollow with 200mah and solid with 500mah. For the new one it is also the 2 options in total.
The bluetooth option is what pushed me over the edge - as a person who has a double PC setup, a bluetooth adapter being present inside the mouse makes it possible for me to easily swap between working on my laptop and playing on my gaming PC. This is literally just another Zaopin dub. (they literally never lose)
@@tacoman4005 sure, but not with a 500 ma battery, a 3395 pixart sensor, 4k polling for when it’s needed and 50 gram weight lol, it’s the combination that makes it good. The small size and compact design is also nice for tossing it in a bag for school👍
My OG Z1 Pro's battery is barely lasting a day recently so I'm thinking of getting the new one with the bigger battery. I love the Z1 shape but something I realized overtime is that I really don't need a mouse lighter than 50g. I've daily driven heavy and light mice and somewhere around 50-60g is the sweet spot for me. Bluetooth is a nice addition for max battery life when not gaming.
I used to have the pink one in 2023, which was a dual-mode version, and I sold it. Now, I miss it so much that I bought a new one, which is the tri-mode version. However, I don’t like it at all because I feel like the coating has changed. I want to ask if it’s just my imagination or not that the coating on the old one felt more stable. I mean, I didn’t need to use grip tape for it, but with the new one, it’s too slippery, and I can’t control it
Good update. Bluetooth is a nice addition to 3395 too. I had same click issue with 1st revision of my zaopin, thats why i moved. But if i had build loke your 1st has, probably would have stayed with it. And also thought that peak performance mode is just bad translation for go to sleep mode. Thank you for Good work!
sadly the original non 4k version of mine started double clicking after 5 months of use, the software was only able lessen the issues when nearly maxing out the debounce toggle, I still use it for shooter games but is bad for other genres because still double clicks .
hey Liam i love your videos but i wanted to say when you performance test keyboards you only compare it to the wooting 60 he i just wanted to say can you also compare to the iqunix ez60/63 because im having a hard time choosing between the ez63 or the atk rs7 pro wich one do you suggest?
Some are and some aren’t. I know Counter-Srike, Valorant, and Overwatch 2 are optimized for it. Spectre Divide has a 4k/8k polling rate mode in the settings, but it also says that setting is in beta so I can’t really speak for how well optimized it actually is.
This is by far the dumbest "upgrade" I've ever seen. At least keep an option to buy the 45 gram version for people that don't want any of these dumb features on a gaming mouse.
i think i purchased the older version ! , i have a attachk shark x3 pro and i like it so far, but the shape without the grips is horrible for my hand but the sensor in comparasion to the g203 is far better atleast for me i feel my aim so much smoother , now in 2 days the zaopin is gonna arrive and i was looking for the zaopin z2 too , i hope i got the older zaopin z1 haha this seems like a downgrade tbh

i mean bluetooth is something that it seen on almost all mice nowadays even from 20$ onwards...

hey man! did you notice a different feeling in M1 vs M2? def feeling a mushier M2 on mine!
Trying to understand what the point is of this release. Looks like a downgrade. You can purchase a 4k dongle for the original z1 pro
Bluetooth for productivity users 👍👍
Anyone with the VXE Mad series, what settings would be best software for running 8k daily on max performance?? P.S. idrgaf about battery life lmao

I'm Brazilian and your channel is spectacular and I would like to know if you will do a review of vgn atk blazing sky z1 mouse
sir can you make a video of best budget mousepads
can games now run an 8k polling mouse without issue?

@ohLurch the spectred divide seems to work well on 4k for me but gets laggy on 8k
i got this exact model in black and for everyone wondering, i think liam got a bad batch in terms of main clicks, mine are perfect
looks like g303
