I love the tea master’s voice it’s so relaxing and her movements are so precise ,delicate and beautiful :) You did a great job following her instructions - it’s definitely an art form . Great video - mesmerising
A truly wonderful video to watch. Very relaxing, almost got me sleeping at work. The japanese lady is so patient and kind, also her hand-work is mesmerizing and very precise. Loved it, subscribed :)
Thank you so much for posting this! I want to learn about tea ceremonies (and maybe do a mini one at home) and this video helps me so much! It’s so much easier to learn the mannerisms now. 💝
Thanks so much! Such a nice comment to receive. Personally I find my tea ceremony lessons a great way to learn Japanese too- perhaps this can be your first Japanese lesson lol!
It's an interesting point! Honestly, I think Japan taught me so much about tea. It's not just a drink, it's a way of life and way to express the soul 💖😄
@@alidesu1 I think that you can learn various things from Japanese tea and feel the soul because you understand the origin of the manners you have. People who are not good manners will not feel anything
@@alidesu1 I don’t know how you stayed awake while doing this haha. I was on a work trip pre COVID to Tokyo, at a company’s head office they did a tea ceremony for us, I watched the lady do it, I fell into some crazy trance and fell off my chair, in this huge conference room around a table full of Japanese execs. I had to blame it on jet lag. Bit embarrassing!
Japanese tea ceremony, otherwise known as 'sado', was one of the most relaxing, soothing experiences. It really captures the Japanese attitude; to do all tasks to your best, to focus on the detail and appreciate each movement, action and implement. Mari san was such a good teacher and guide, who made my first sado experience truly exceptional. Tea is so difficult that even Japanese people don’t understand it , but it’s quick to understand and smart.
