  • This is a quick video of some of the movements I do to take care of my body and keep myself in top top shape as far as mobility and movement. These movements can be done in any side pool as long as the body part being used/trained is fully submerged. I try to stay on top of these movements but this should be done a minimum of 1-2 times a week to recovery your body post training.
    This always feels great and is good to implement post Route Running, Practice or a heavy weightlifting session. You can be creative or you can follow movements here or movements from other RUclips videos you find.
