    These are the only tile spinners I use. I order then from contractors direct a couple weeks before every tile job

    Good product , makes everyone looks as a pro if used xorrectly and obviously if your floor is decent level

    I've used these on the floor when I remodeled my bathroom. It was the first tile job I ever did. Floor was 5'x5', tile was 8"x8"x⅜", easy to use and tiles came out level without lippage. Some cons are, i didn't have that torque master thing which would have been nice. Fingers were a little sore from spinning them. Also have to be careful torquing them down too, doing it too much the tile will shift. Keep your power in check 💪. Do not get any mortar under the spin disk or tile. When spinning against the tile, you can scratch the tile. Final thing, don't get a lot of mortar around the spacer's base. When you go to break the stick off, some would not break properly. You'll then have to use a dremel to cut away the remaining part. Would I use them again, yes. But I would also like to try one of the wedge systems. Those seem a little faster instead of spinning a disk.

      I've used a wedge system, it has many of the same drawbacks.

    Best system for the price hands down.tool for making them tight isn't a must, ive used them for years and never had a issue with not being able to get them tight.

    Being this leveling system provides 360 degrees of leveling per clip, can you use just one at the corner, where it would be in contact with all four tiles effectively leveling all four of them?

    • @LandbergTileTV
      @LandbergTileTV  3 года назад +2

      Yes you can, but we like to see that cross to make sure spacing and lippage is perfect. Different strokes for different folks.

      You can but it better to use horseshoes at the 4 or 3 way corners. Ramondi's new spin kits have 4 way and T posts now but they suck to snap off.

    Works great. Almost identical to rigid system at home depot. $20 bag of 100 spinners I believe and $10 for 100 tabs

    so its been a while since video and do you still like these? i have only ever used the ramondi wedge system and its been awesome and at 8 cents per clips its fairly inexpensive. so do you prefer these instead of a wedge system? do they separate the joint slightly when spinning? thanks

    It would be nice if you could show how the bottom piece looks after it gets broken with the mallet. The glass tile shows everything.

    Once again another quality video. Very informative. If I am not mistaking I have some other RTC products the name sounds familiar. I am sold on a wedge in clip system personally. Keep the videos coming brother I appreciate you. “FLIP”

    Why a spindle vs a wedge system? Is there any advantage/disadvantage to either method?

    • @grrinc
      @grrinc 3 года назад

      I've often wondered this too. Spindle systems 'look' flimsy compared to wedge but I've never used spindle so I'll never truly know.

    • @hereticxxx9317
      @hereticxxx9317 3 года назад +1

      Spindle if much stronger than a wedge system but really it personal preference. If the material scratches easy then they both have scratch guards( depending on manufacturer) but spin doctors are easiest to use.

    Once again no explanation on the LEVELING! How do you possibly know how much to screw the top. I realize that it presses it more firmly but you still require a level.!

    You should stand your trial up bro i know someone taught you the right way as a helper the little black pic is a useless tool..definitely a don't need..but the clip system is great we use that system primarily for sure..keep doing your thing bro and STAND THAT THING UP RIGHT THE WAY YOU WERE TAUGHT
