As a disabled person myself, I couldn't care less what he would think of me. I know my worth and don't need him to give it to me. And for the record, I wouldn't share a stage - or any other space - with that "man" for a second. There are far better places to be. So get this straight, Trump - the disrespect and disdain is mutual.
I'm disabled too true I don't care about what people think of me. However some us need assistance emotional financial and spiritual. I see Fred III pain you don't be dismissive of disabled people. You get rude. Normal reaction I'm afraid. That has NO BEARING on the approach to the people of the country. This nephew is spewing hate in public and writing a scathing tale in a book to get back at the guy who won't give him more money. Luckily for the nephew Mr Trump is in the middle of an enormous campaign for presidency, so the nephew gets all the attention in the media to promote his book.
If Mr Trump were not in this position, the nephew also would not be able to garner so much attention.

Look who he placed in charge of Secretary of Education Betsy Devos a woman who is very wealthy never been a superintendent principal or vice principal or a teacher or professor. She made cuts in aid for disabled students. Actions speak louder than words. So it is easy for you to believe the nephew. He had gotten over that Trump has never met his son. When my aunt was suffering from Parkinsons, she had an in-home caregiver who was from Uganda. You couldn't find a more empathetic, caring, devoted person, and not only did she take care of my aunt, her entire family pitched in. At her memorial, the whole group turned out to prepare a feast of all the things my aunt liked of their cuisine, and everyone there just loved it.
We have to look past the stereotypes, and recognize that MOST people around the world are decent, hard-working, and empathic, and bring more to the table than they would take. Yes, there are bad actors everywhere. There are cultures or regimes that churn out anti-American zealots (many of them right here in America!) But they are still the minority... and defining a policy for immigration around JUST those bad actors makes US the bad actor.
Many of my late mum's care home carers were not British (I'm in the uk), and they were all lovely!
Mum was my only family, but many of them turned up for her funeral, and the afternoon tea that we had afterwards. They were sharing funny stories about mum. It was very touching.
And they break the law by breaking into our country for a free ride.

His sister's book "Too Much and Never Enough" goes into his father becoming an airline pilot and his tragic end. It was such a revealing read with regard to their family dynamics and Donald's narcissism.
That was one of the parts that really made me emotional, the parts she shared about her relationship with her father. Fred's warmth, kindness and empathy was seen as weakness and mocked. It was a heck of a read. It's sad these siblings have to go through this again.
I want to hear it from all members of the family rather than just one son's children.

This really made me sad. Kids with disabilities are truly special beings. My friend's son with Downs, high functioning, died a few years back and it really affected me. He had throat surgery & didn't recover. He was 25 and such a great person. He played bingo, worked and tried to live the best life he could.

I worked in the field, over 15 plus years, with many disable people with all levels of disabilities. Nothing but some of the most honest, loving individuals who accepted everyone for who they were. I can relate to the hurt he experienced from words coming from his own family members. God Bless his son.

No one ever EXPECTS to have a child with lifelong medical issues/needs. All of these decades later, my now 40-year journey, akin to what has been said, likened to a trip to Holland when one had bought airplane tickets to Italy, is what it is.
DJT has not the internal fortitude or emotional integrity/empathy to advocate for anyone imperfect or "less than".
On the world stage, there was once another who held those views, and we all know how that story ended.
People who hear Fred Trump's narrative and who have or have known families who have a child with disabilities will understand in their core being the tragic implications and personal hardships being presented herein.
Hearts go out and hats go off to the thousands of moms and dads who have advocated for children with special needs. Our unique road is not for the meek -- nor is it for the heartless...

When i first heard what Fred Trump was saying about his despicable uncle, and what DT said about his son.......it broke my heart😢. I was finished listening to anything that narcissistic p.o.s said after he made fun of the disabled reporter. My amazing, beautiful little boy was disabled. This just felt like a knife to the chest. Just as im sure it felt to Fred and his family. My son lost his battle at the age of 13. He never walked or talked....but ANYONE who knew Josh loved this little guy!❤ love and miss him everday❤How dare Trump say what he said! He has no clue, no compassion, no love in his heart...except for himself😡 God bless you, your beautiful son and family Fred❤

I am so uncomfortable listening to this man. So many of us have disabled children that grow into adults. We worry about their future, but I and a brother never blamed other family members for not helping out. Nor blamed other family members for their decisions and poor outcomes. I think this man’s father’s alcoholism and decision not to go into family business was his father’s decision. Not DJT’s. I would never expect a dime from any of my family members. I appreciate everything you did to bring attention to disabled adults. I appreciate Administration addressing our concerns as parents. I just cannot get on the DJT blame train.
