I wouldn't call Number 2's grandma his mortal enemy. She only really fought him and the KND once, just for tapioca. She's cranky and mean but I still wouldn't call them enemies.
To think Toiletnator was originally a one-off joke, and only appearance was when Delightful Children kicked him out. But the creator kept him, and slowly from nobody became somebody, pretty like how "Spot" was developed in Across the Spider-Verse. Because I remember even with most failure, he still triumphs KND and other adult villains multiple times, that's something.

We haven't seen the full power of Toiletnator. I always thought that this villain represents the difficulty of going in to toilet and anything that involves it. As people age, his power grows, as digestive system getting worse over time, not to mention most do get hemorrhoids over time. Not to mention the poisoning, this one a hell of agonyful torture. Would like if in one episode he obtain some forbidden knowledge and poison kids to make them go to toilet and basically vomit their guts out, this would make him no doubt the MOST scary and powerful supervillain in kid's perspective on life in this show.

Within the show of KND, there's a special episode in which numbah 5 finds out there are undercover KND agents amongst the teenagers. These agents are allowed to keep their memories of KND when they grow up and are responsible for dismantling schemes by the grownups against KND from the inside. It is mentioned within this episode that some of the teenagers remain in operation even after entering adulthood. So I always thought the Toilenator was an undercover agent, mostly because he was so bad at being a villain that it felt like he was bad on purpose, he also acted very childishly compared to the other adults, but the show never gave any true and proper hints at it, so I'm just writing my own head cannon over here.
