Fatalomega I think the Vikings are more interesting in my eyes and can sell a hell of a lot better than Feudal Japan. Samurais and Ninjas are kind of overplayed in America especially. There is honestly too much competition with Japanese historical games which is why we might never get a setting in the Wild West. The amount of potential with a Viking game is extraordinary with their massive impact on European history.
Assassins creed should move on to Asia，Tang dynasty is, the famous and the most powerful dynasty in china. The capital city called Changan was the greatest city in world and don't mention Japanese came to china to learn Tangs culture and language so it can easily bring AC Japan as well

Dude, Ninjas LITERALLY were Assassins. I don't get why so many people want a Samurai assassin. The British Empire totally expanded into Japan, and an Ninja assassin, (not an anime ninja, but a real, all-black-wearing freaking ninja) would be the absolute coolest candidate for a main protagonist.
@Ken Yuuki Just because there's a statue that doesn't necessarily mean that he HAS to be introduced. And I still believe we'll one day get China, but I don't think its next. Because of Ubisoft's practice of recycling assets, the next game will most most likely be similar to Valhalla, like the Black Plague or a Medieval setting with Knights in 2021. Then I'm guessing a year off in 2022 and then a new era starts in 2023 with maybe Japan or China.
