These homeowners were looking to remodel their whole first floor. The spaces included were the kitchen, laundry room, and all the flooring. The laundry room here is directly off the kitchen. You’ll see in the before photos that they used to have a separate dinning area. We removed that and instead put in an island. The old kitchen soffits were removed in place of cabinets that go straight to the ceiling. The laundry room turned out great, with matching upper cabinets. We replaced the floor with luxury vinyl plank, which stretches throughout the first floor.
