Hi everyone, this video is an edited version of “The New Boar Gets the Job Done” video from yesterday. RUclips demonetized that video shortly after it was released, due to the scene at the end showing pigs mating. Well, it is different world we live in , I guess if your pigs were less vocal while enjoying a fact of life, RUclips wouldn't have been so negative.
Crazy how nature videos of moose, bears and other wild animals sometimes catch a "roll in the hay" and it's perfectly fine. Hmmm

Haha! I was just telling my wife….I think I saw this yesterday but he just posted it. 😂 we are getting ready to extra winterize our piggies and goats for the next few nights. NC doesn’t see single digits too often so we are beefing up our shelters. Everyone have a merry Christmas!

Pure organic. Only problem they climb. His favorite Billy loved cigar stubbs. Never could over their eyes or goatee but awesome creatures m smart as can be
Thank you for letting us know what was going on with the video. RUclips objects to some of the weirdest things, and then they allow some awful language/speech(?) I wonder about the place sometimes. Hi Pete! Luckily for me, I caught the X-rated version yesterday as soon as you posted it! Looked like a very natural breeding to me! Very wholesome. I saw a video of someone shooting a steer and that was allowed. COME ON RUclips ELIMINATE THE FILTH NOT NATURAL THINGS!!!!!
Thank you for stating that the way you did. All the smut that gets put on YT and they're worried about the most natural thing on a farm. More farm kids learned the "facts of life" in the farmyard.

Ridiculous, i think everyone knows how the bacon is made🐖🐖🥓, with all the crap that is allowed on tv now days you would think that it wouldn't have mattered. Its -8 feels like temp -38 45mph winds here in ne ky. Bossy pig says she wants to stay and be the guard pig of the farm. I pray all is well your way today. Be safe and warm. I work with pigs in Sweden and we have two solutions for the water problem. We have nipples in the feeding trough so that the water spill doesnt reach the bedding. Then we have isolated cups that doesn’t freeze in the winter, super easy to maintain🥰

shame the deep bedding didn't work out. maybe the new facility could use one of those old semi-clear plastic storage tanks with a cut-out for the pigs to drink out of? in such a way they have to stick their head inside to drink but it stops them from making too much of a mess? Kinda like Red and Brownie's flap-up feed trays?

a quick question on the cow and pig to trailers setup. As pigs and cows do not like stepping up or down, did you ever try a small ramp? just something I always wondered after watching all your episodes
No, I view it as unnecessary work. They just climb on. The pigs all slept in the trailer the evening after I made the video.
I grew up on a farm so the original version of your video was in no way offensive to me. I can also understand why RUclips was nervous about it. There are always those people who don't understand how life actually works.

Thank you for answering my question. I wondered why your site was up yesterday & gone when I got around to reading it. I kind of thought it would be some woke excuse by RUclips and it was!! The schools can tell the kids they have 16 different genders to identify by, but heaven forbid we get the birds & bees involved! Sorry for the rant. My 2.5 year old watches all of your videos and loves watching you Pete. He asks to watch "his farmer." You have kept him entertained when it is too cold for him to go out and farm with dad. When he can't farm with dad, he farms vicariously through you Pete. We very much appreciate you keeping your speech very clean. We can let him watch you and not worry. Keep up the good work Pete. Your 656 Diesel starts well in the Winter with two glow plugs heat sessions. We had a 460 Diesel that we just parked it for the winter when it got below 20 degrees (Above Zero). Merry Christmas to you and your family.

No, sows do NOT normally scream AND buck the boar off. There are hundreds of videos and I studied animal science at Oregon State. I'm all for nature but that sow did not want him on her at that time. Never have I ever heard a "natural" mating sound or look like that. Educate yourself.
Yes, cats DO scream but that's natural. Sows are supposed to stand rigid and still when they are fully receptive. She was cornered, bucking, and screaming. One species behavior does not translate to another. Any person even remotely educated in animal behavior knows this. I love Pete and this channel, been a subscriber for years, he's always talked about having his cows in the open, let's the cows come to the bulls, but that scene was just unnerving. And before anyone attacks me for being a sensitive snowflake out of lack of knowledge, rhetoric or debate, go watch videos of pigs mating, kindly link them to me where the sow is screaming AND bucking. I'll wait patiently.
Here I thought the ground was so hard the pigs had to double up to root and they couple together to use kenetic energy.

That’s the World we live in. Glad you got it edited. Funny thing is I grew up raising hogs and cows and by the time I was 12 or so there was no need for the birds and bee talk I knew what the deal was.
