Clint Patac John surely can. I dont know about josh tho, theyve got his guitar turned down so low i cant even hear what hes playing.
Josh can't play the riff. He's playing a simplified version of the main riff, and not very well.

I started to listening to the when i was 12. Now im 35 and still love them. When i see them teens banging on the front row...it reminds me of myself back in the days. I ve listened to them on Tape, CDs, Mp3s, ipods, Iphones, heck even Vinyl...but they never get old. This is why music is truly transcendent. Only one Punk Band can create Californication and Snow 20 years apart.
I saw them at Torhout Werchter once in 1992 but I was a tad drunk:) I'm almost 52:)

I see a lot of people talking down in that guitar performance. You try it. It’s hard as hell. No matter how good you are this is a struggle unless you’re training for this song particularly.
Exactly. It’s super easy to say Josh sucks, but if those people even tried it, they’d realise how much effort it takes to be able to play this riff even once. I mean, he’s not only playing the riff, he’s playing it for nearly the length of the entire song _and_ he’s singing while doing it. Not to mention, he’s not even bad at it. Obviously not as good as John, cause he fucking wrote it, but he comes super close. I guess they don’t think about that, though.
This, I've been practicing the riff since my second month of playing guitar, it's been a while and so far I can only play it a minute and full of mistakes, I can't even think of singing or anything at that moment.
