Brand Manual 3 - Set up parent pages

Once you have the basic grid and the paragraph styles set up, it's time to set up the parent pages. Here we have two parent pages - text pages and divider pages. The text pages are parent-A and the divider is parent-B, basked on parent-A so it has the same grid. We add a background color to parent-B for the divider so it's apparent which is which. Then we add a Head 36pt White style to the dividers and a Subhead 24pt to the text pages; this will help with creating our table of contents.
Finally we add a page number to parent-A text pages using Type-Insert Special Characters-Markers-Current Page Numbers. InDesign will then number the pages automatically, and change the page numbers if the pages are moved around.
