- A realistic week in the life in gems at the University of Limerick. I tried to film as much of the week as possible, including anatomy, clinical skills, problem based learning classes and much more outside the books.
I filmed this back in November and have had countless issues during the editing process that led to me putting it off until now. With that in mind, this video isn't perfect, especially when I sound like a robot explaining the anatomy lectures. In any case, so apologies for the delay, I hope you all enjoy!
Thanks as always to anyone who takes the time to watch these videos. Please let me know any other videos you'd like to see. If you do get the chance to subscribe I would really appreciate it! :)

What an absolutely fantastic video... I have been wondering how the PBL in medicine worked and this was exactly what i needed. Thanks so much for taking the time to make this for others to see.
Can i ask how many hours a week do you spend studying? I have a friend who is in graduate entry medicine and she said the majority of the time she studies 4 hours a day monday to friday but more at exam times and sometimes for an hour or two on sunday evening to prepare for monday. Is your study time similar?
Hi Debs, thanks for your support! I am planning a video for PBL to outline all the details about it and how it works.
In terms of study, I think 4 hours on top of classes each day is a decent average. Each week varies in content volume. Personally, I spent a lot more time studying on the weekends than just Sunday evening. Again, that varies a lot week to week. Ultimately, the most important thing is having consistency. You have to make a habit of studying regularly, as the volume of information in graduate medicine is expectedly high. I hope this helps! 😁
Subscribed, look forward to seeing your experience in medicine 💉

Transition at 21:40 🙌🏻🙌🏻
Bro please make a full vedio to get admission in medical school for undergraduate students and also international students
No problem, I will get that done! Thank you 🙂
Do you have any regrets so far and how are you finding it ?
As challenging as the course can be at times (long days of study etc), I still love it and don't for a second regret the decision. It is big commitment to go into this course, but if you know this is what you want to do, go for it
Ffs I want to be in a video 😆
There's got to be a gym vid with your name on it!
