I actually wrote a full on book for this movie, it was called Shin Godzilla: A Fiery Vengeance.
The plot was a high schooler named Haruto and his younger brother Kaito, both living in a repaired Tokyo, are tracking Godzilla off the coast of Japan (he unfroze in 2017, and chose to retreat into the sea instead of continue the fight) when he surfaces in the bay, blasting the shore defenses with a now blue beam like the original, before making his way into mainland Japan. Whilst this is happening, the new Prime Minister (since 2016) and defense regiment create Operation Kiryu and come up with a robotic creature that resembles Godzilla but with larger chainsaw plasma claws and a green solar powered beam to litearlly melt Godzilla.
Once Godzilla makes it through Tokyo he dosent stop, and a native of a tribe near Mount Fuji enters a frozen chamber/cave at the tip of the mountain where three monsters are encased in ice: Mothra, Rodan, and Angurius. They were formed thousands of years ago out of the stone of the earths core to protect it from powerful evil forces. The native awakens the monsters with a chant and Fuji explodes, angurius charging across the nation to Hiroshima, where Godzilla had marched to. However, Kiryu had gone there too to intercept the slow moving Godzilla and fights a confused Angurius, nearly killing it before Godzilla melts the side of Kiryus face with his super heated beam, and Kiryu sends them tumbling into the sea with explosions and beam clashes. The military launches several nukes into the sea, knowing Kiryu can survive them, and are surprised when a blue beam fires through the ocean, followed by a long echoing roar, steel chunks floating to the surface.
After awhile of following the main characters, Godzilla bursts out of the sea and is cornered by the 3 monsters, and a brawl insues. After sometime, Godzilla is battered out of the city, fatally wounded but still fighting. The book ends with the military unleashing a barrage of fire at Godzilla’s legs, sending him toppling down onto the highway, defeated for now. But as night falls, creatures begin to fall off of Godzilla’s body, crawling towards the power plant in Hiroshima, pulsing with a purple glow.

I like this! I know they are no longer planning on a sequel, but it'd be a cool announcement trailer to use almost only clips from the first film just to highlight the (literal) tail end of the film

Bandai fan theory:my theory is shin ultraman would come to tokyo after shin Godzilla is growing stronger form shin ultraman would fight meanwhile the human skeleton Godzilla version would come out of the tail because the tail vomit blood and and that triggered the human Godzilla so then shin kamen rider would come and fight the Godzilla human

I imagine the sequels plot would be like this: after the humanoid Godzilla’s come off the tail and fight the military a much smaller Godzilla is revealed from underneath the humanoids and runs to the ocean with improved speed and strength and after the humanoids are eventually defeated the original godzilla unfreezes but gets nuked because the government doesn’t wanna deal with it now that the army is exhausted leaving a huge portion of Godzilla destroyed but little do they know there are still living parts of Godzilla underneath the burned Godzilla meat and after a month of it being dead a new form emerges now known as shin ghidorah now being able to survive nukes and able to fly with wings shooting atomic breath out of them like a rocket the 2 heads next to the central had are smaller and have shorter necks and after ghidorah destroys a huge chunk of Japan the smaller Godzilla from the tail now grown to full size arrives at San Francisco the us government then manages to use neuralink technology to sorta mind control Godzilla while that happens ghidorah is flying around pacific islands destroying as much human cities as possible the 2nd Godzilla then encounters ghidorah and a fight scene would happen with the 2nd Godzilla retreating later on the entirety of the pacific has been severely devastated by ghidorah the governments decide to do one last plan to defeat ghidorah by genetically engineering a bioweapon to kill the ghidorah cells and they attach a huge gun to the by then still controlled 2nd Godzillas head this gun would shoot the weapon at ghidorah and destroy it with the plan working but then Godzillas mind control is broken and they decide to stop it by putting it into a hibernation-like state to possibly wake up someday and there would be a post credits scene with a rose like creature growing from ghidorahs degraded remains
its time for tokyo to pay what they have done to this deppressed creature
