I’m glad to hear you talk about this. this topic is really personal for me bc I lost my mom to addiction and my dad’s not too far behind her at the moment. when I tell people it’s not for pity, but as a warning of what your life could be like if you stay surrounded by that stuff. it’s something I’ve struggled myself too, and one of the earliest signs was my middle school gaming addiction LOL great video bro keep em coming! like you said, accountability is the biggest part. understand that your actions have very real consequences, and that you are the only person who can change your life
