Cool little board. Who would have thought 15 years ago that you would be able to travel with your rig in a small suitcase. That would be great to have a video of the Quad Cortex. Cheers Bobby.
Love that tidy little board. Got me thinking now! Definitely up for some QC content. Recently made the switch from AxeFX to QC. Breakdowns of chains, IRs, Stereo or not, patches, etc.
Hey Bobby. Have you had a chance to battle test the Hotone pedal yet? I was reading up on pedals like this where you can use the footswitch for all sorts of things like switching between volume and wah. Is that how you have it set up?
I don't understand why Pedaltrain doesn't add those rubber feet to their boards! I had to go and get some stuff to customise my board to get my power supply underneath! I only want to use IEC plugged power supplies now! Sick of the other wimpy ones breaking! Thanks for the tip.
I did consider polishing it for an hour and day and displaying it in a glass case, but then I remembered that I put it together to be used on stages and that involves feet, dust and all manner of muck.
Hello there! I have been trying to find videos about getting a tuner that can always be on without being in the signal. I see that you used send 1 or 2 going to input of the tuner. Is that actually working?!?! Do you go straight from guitar to input of QC?
The tuner does work, which means I don’t have to have it in-line. The PolyTune 3 has an ‘Always On’ mode, which can be handy, but I don’t need to use that in this configuration. The Digitech Frequout is first in the signal chain, then I go into the QC. I’d prefer to plug straight into the QC, but I use the Frequout a lot and this way, I can plug into the side of the board, rather than the top, which I prefer.

Great summary of the board... would be great to see a follow up on the quad cortex and the kind of tone's you're getting.

@@DavidBeebee Dual Lock is a game changer! Until you have to prize the thing off!
Nice board as a QC user I'm always looking for more content to learn from
Thanks very much.

@@alguitarchristie Yeah, a friend suggested the rubber feet extenders. I didn’t even realise they were a thing. £1.41 for 4 from B&Q!
I love your Contents , I really loved your video about the kemper last time , but this BOARD can be much cleaner !!

Don't have a quad cortex. what does it do? And, yes. Demos, please. ty
