and what a memorable 12/31/99 it was! Every station was covering every New Year's (New Millennium's) celebration around the world, we saw Asia, the Middle East, Europe, New York, then eventually Seattle when it struck us! I was worried earlier that day though, I used to have chronic nosebleeds (which I know is gross but they've stopped...), and I had one that day because it was actually quite warm and sunny that December day for some reason (global warming, probably). I was coming home after renting Disney's Tarzan for Game Boy at the video store... my Disney fandom was waning around that time honestly. And there was an idiot on the road and my mom was driving us, "does Y2k affect people's brains, too?!". Luckily Y2k obv'ly didn't happen. Anyway, it was an amazing day, indeed!
The part at 1:10 where it cuts between the Backstreet Boys and Blink-182 parodying the Backstreet Boys is absolute genius!

and what a memorable 12/31/99 it was!
Every station was covering every New Year's (New Millennium's) celebration around the world, we saw Asia, the Middle East, Europe, New York, then eventually Seattle when it struck us!
I was worried earlier that day though, I used to have chronic nosebleeds (which I know is gross but they've stopped...), and I had one that day because it was actually quite warm and sunny that December day for some reason (global warming, probably). I was coming home after renting Disney's Tarzan for Game Boy at the video store... my Disney fandom was waning around that time honestly. And there was an idiot on the road and my mom was driving us, "does Y2k affect people's brains, too?!". Luckily Y2k obv'ly didn't happen.
Anyway, it was an amazing day, indeed!
