why would they waste time, making mod for a suck dumb game if they could make that mod for warhammer 3

It's quite hard to give up on a project that started in 2016 (and the results, in my opinion, are completely wow) even for a poorly optimized game like Attila and to start redoing all the work of 6 years when Warhammer 3 came out (2022, if I remember correctly).
