  • 🥊 Mastering Head Movement in Boxing 🥊
In boxing, head movement isn’t just about dodging punches; it’s also a strategic tool to bait and trap your opponent and set up devastating counters. By learning and perfecting the positioning of your head, you can create openings, anticipate your opponent’s moves, and strike with precision. It’s all about positioning, anticipation, and timing. 🕰️💥
Train smart, move strategically, and remember: every slip, duck, and weave can be a game-changer. 🥇

I like to slightly lean with my head a little forward and when they punch I pull and counter. Because with my head forward it baits my opponent to punch and when I pull I'm not at all leaning too far back and I use my rear foot to spring forward with a counter.
That's 1 way I like to use this same concept as tom is explaining.
