as of now it is taking THE SAME trajectory as hyperscape and I stand to gain more than lose if they turn it around, that said, idk y it didnt drop on last gen as the game graphics could def run there, all the problems for the most part are serverside netcode...they had multiple missed chances to increase the playerbase but they seem to think this game is so next gen (I would like to hear the details as to why, is it bc 60fps vs 120 is unfair despite the server side simulation running at 60fps or lower?) I don't know why they want to compete with steam other than being run by a bunch of cheap suits who want to pocket every dollar bc they don't believe in their IP

Unfortunately it feels like the writing is on the wall. I REALLY LIKE XDefiant, I want to see it succeed but man it is dropping off hard. Sadly it feels like people simply don't want an arcade style shooters anymore. Ever since BR really popped off with fortnite then warzone, seems like Cod multiplayer has been a side thought. This in turn doesn't bode well for XDefiant with it being a direct competitor to a mode that less and less people are interested in in the form of an arcade fps multiplayer experience. This ^ and the fact that a lot of the people who do want an arcade shooter are too busy being Cod shills. Individuals who are way too closed minded to the fact that there might actually be games better than Cod. Actively hate on any competition.
It is in a down spot but I don’t think it’s dying but it has issues. One issue I seeing recently is how people rage quit matches this morning I was in a tdm match I looked at the scoreboard and there’s only two players on my team and we’re getting stomped. And I think part of this is there’s part of the audience that’s looking for lobbies they go 40 50 kills look at me video clips and leave matches at first sign it’s a hard match. I haven’t given up I tend to get on in the morning I do the daily quests then that’s enough for my fps crave
i honestly have games lately where i'm not only playing good players, but the connection diff is noticeable to the extent it feels unfair, Idk if it's always the case, sometimes I rage quit bc I spawn into a spiderbot, sometimes the enemy team is clearly a party and I'm trying to put a video out and get footage before the time period where my youtube viewership isn't watching LOL, sometimes my team is doing horrible and I am using a bad weapon and I don't want to swap, I think there's a clear lack of something maybe weapon progression for things other than kills, maybe progression systems in general, the obsession with KD, etc... ppl will call you bad at the game based off whatever personal metrics they value...I personally had a game sniping where the rest of my team was getting SMASHED and i should have swapped weapons, but then i was like nah, im just chilling, maybe I am to blame for going 30-20 with alot of points on obj while the rest of my team got destroyed but at the same time I didn't sign up to babysit lol I was playing solo with headphones off with no AC with 8000$ in debt in between shifts LOL
Dudes that are honestly defending games that slowly die are not going to have a good time when the plug is pulled. I have been experiencing desync and hackers and dropping of frames
Don't get me wrong I love the game but it's like not fun when u go through the battle pass super early and then suddenly u have NOTHING to do in game. That sucks
same...the ppl who are willfully ignorant are in for a rude awakening...they will be crushed it what they thought wasn't possible happens and all their time goes to waste, little do they know, all their weapon levels, camos, etc they spent real life time on that could have been earning money or progressing in various areas just went down the drain...you might earn something in game but we don't TRULY own any of it, it goes away the moment the servers stop

I told them the game shouldnt have launched and both of them insisted that it was the best move because people were hyped due to the last beta test. I told them the issues will make people leave and they insisted the game was the best ever. Nowadays they dont even stream xdefiant anymore

I just made one earlier today with the recent warzone where I won three matches in a row and then played nothing but the Mexican special forces for the rest of the night lol literally after winning three times nobody in my lobby spoke English all jokes aside but I think the video is getting hidden because it's a huge pool of people playing wz vs xd Or maybe I'm cist for pointing out the fact the game pushes out your geographical net so far until they're protecting Timothy and jimothy and your not in gen pop anymore

But the moment I full healed, the opponent shot the wall (my cover), just shot the middle of the wall not even the angle or anything, and the bullets went through the wall and killed me. I uninstalled after that, because the game is broken in every aspect, the audio, the visuals, the servers, I can't even log in to the game without using a vpn, its honestly embarrassing.

I remember i played crisis2 on ps3, game was dead after one month, but i keep on playing with 20-30 ppl for a year. I swear, i know every player in the loby 😀 XDef is free, with every new session some ppl will come back, some will leave for BO6 and them return again.. its just a cycle that never ends. Me, I like XDef, i think i'll stick around 🤔

Last night was the first night I couldn't find a KBM lobby on OCE servers. It's been declining for a few weeks, but seems to have suddenly died now.

Do record labels drop artists if they don't have enough listeners? Would UBISOFT have PAID symfuhny to play XDEFIANT if he had a low viewer count on his streams?

It's a normal thing for every shooter to have ups and downs. I remember i played crisis2 on ps3, game was dead after one month, but i keep on playing with 20-30 ppl for a year. I swear, i know every player in the loby 😀
XDef is free, with every new session some ppl will come back, some will leave for BO6 and them return again.. its just a cycle that never ends.
Me, I like XDef, i think i'll stick around 🤔
I think it'll be in a GREAT spot as long as ubisoft doesn't screw the team over, I am personally rooting for them
@@dartlinfps Yeah, me to! P.s. i remember how everybody slamed BF5.. how it's dead, nobody's playing etc. but if you boot up BF5 right now, you'll find 64 conquest matches no problem even now after 5 years of its relese..
