It's probably a very small child. To them, All Might the character is a real person with his own voice. So it doesn't matter if the VA demonstrates, the kid wouldn't put it together.
I feel like a ton of actors say that about their kids too. I guess to the kid it might be that he doesn't fully understand, or that he's just used to his dad being that way so it's not that impressive.
