One thing to note, more and more "Enterprise DAS" are being built independently of the 3 major DAS providers you mentioned. It used to be that the mobile operators paid for a DAS in a customer's building, but as more and more buildings start to require DAS, we see a shift in the funding model where the mobile operators are leaving the responsibility of building a DAS up to the building owners and occupants. Hence, you have a lot of companies (some better than others) that focus on designing, building, and maintaining DAS for end customers. I happen to work for the largest DAS equipment manufacturer in the world, and business has been booming.
