Tomato Soup /തക്കാളി സൂപ്പ് /टमाटर का सूप-Recipe no 93

Ingredients
Tomato-3
Garlic-2
Bay leaf-1
Pepper -15
Salt-
Sugar-1/2tbsp to 1
Water-11/2glass
Butter -
Bread -slice 2
Pepper powder-
Method
In a cooker ,add tomato ,garlic, pepper ,bay leaf ,salt and water ..cook for 3 whistle
Then allow to cool and grind to a fine puree and strain well ..
In a kadai add butter ,when it began to melt add 1 tsp of cornflour and roast well..
Then add tomato puree and mix well and stir continuously
Then add sugar .. check the salt and spice level ..Adjust pepper and salt
U can fry bread pieces in butter to get a crunchy croutons ..
So serve hot soup with croutons ..enjoy ..
टमाटर सूप बनाने केलिए मेने ३ पका हुवा मध्यम टाइप का टमाटर लिया हे
एक कुकर में टमाटर,बे लीफ ,लॉसन , काली मिर्च, नमक और पानी डालना है
इसको ३ सिटी तख पकाना है
उसके बाद ,स्टोव से निकालो और ठंडा होने दें
इस समय हम ब्रेड को टोस्ट करते है
इसकेलिए एक कड़ाई में १ चमच मखन डालो और हीट करो
अब इसमें हम ब्रेड का छोटी छोटी टुकड़े डालते है आवर रॉस्ट करते है
ब्राउन कलर आने तक रोस्ट कीजिये
ब्राउन कलर आते समय कड़ाई से निकालो
टमाटर ठंडा होने की बात कुकर ओपन करो
बे लीफ निकालो और बक्की सब को पीसलो
उसके बात स्ट्रेन करो
अब एक कड़ाई में १ चमच मखन डालो और हीट करो
अब इसमें १ चमच कॉर्नफ्लोर डालते है
ये दोनों को अछि तरह से पकाना है
पकने की बात इसमें टोमेटो प्यूरी डालकर अच्छी तरह से मिक्स करना है
टेस्ट कीजिये
चीनी डालना है.. अगर नमक और काली मिर्च कमी है तो वो भी डाल न है
इसको ५ मिनट तख पकावो। . अब स्वादिस्ट टमाटर की सूप तैयार है
अगर आप को क्रीम पसंद हे तो क्रीम डाल सकते है |

Hi chechi, manassil thattiyaanu "chechi" ennu vilikunathu , because yesterday I made tomato soup n croutons for my family and they relished it .
