Hello everyone! This is my homemade electric skateboard called the TriSkate. It is very lightweight, compact, and fast.

Batteries: 2 11.1V(3s) 2200mah Lipos
Weight: 7.5lbs
Motors: 2 350kv Turnigy SK3 Outrunners
Wheels: 60mm wheels and 55mm drive wheel

Love your tri skate its a great idea...maybe you could make it recharge by using regenerative braking ideally extending the range and or make it a kit that anyone can add to an existing board...but whatever you choose its still a fine build!

You can get them off HobbyKing for about $35 each. They are Turnigy SK3 350kv brushless outrunners.

What kind of motor is it please ? and what is the V of the battery ?

I used two 350kv turnigy SK3 brushless outrunner motors each powered by a 11.1v 3s lipo battery

What range and speed do you get on this?

18mph is the top speed and my range is about 5 miles. (to be honest I've never really tested the range, that is just an estimation)
