So I saw with the GO stat calculations you used an approximate symbol; but you can actually get the actual stat of the Pokemon: First, once you calculate the weighted average of attack and defense, you round there. Then you multiply by the speed factor, and round again. You did a great job explaining everything, just keep that bit of information in mind.
I have 2 different magikarps 1:148 CP with 3 stars nearly all stats are maxed out but they aren't 2: 36 CP 2 stars maxed out attack and defense but zero health
Probably not good for PVP, but you can use the Poke Genie app or an online calculator to check them. You usually want lower attack like 0-5 and high D/HP for PVP.
According to the CP formula, they are weighted equally. Therefore, their impact on CP is the same. Next week’s video will look at how IVs affect CP caps for PVP in GO Battle League. However, you would have to dig much deeper into specific battle calculations to answer the question of whether HP or Defense is better to prioritize. The answer may differ for Pokémon in a specific matchup with certain moves, shields, and similar factors.
You can level up to your current level +2. For example, a level 34 can level Pokémon up to 36. Meanwhile, under the newer updates, players at level 40 or higher can level Pokémon up to 50 using XL candy.
What is the difference between HP and Stamina? When I look at their base stats HP and Stamina differ in values. I totally get HP but I don't understand what stamina is for or how it is calculated. Does attack damage go 1:1 vs HP (after defense mitigation) or does it take from their stamina? I'd love to know more. Thanks!
The number at the top of the summary page shows the hit points as a fraction of current over total. When the Pokémon takes damage, this number is reduced. A Pokémon faints when it reaches 0. The IV labeled HP in the appraisal window is related to a base stat. This base stat is sometimes called stamina, even though it is labeled HP in the IV appraisal window. Every species has fixed base stats. Ultimately, these are used in calculations along with IVs to determine things like hit points, damage, and CP. Hence, there is understandable confusion, because they essentially chose to label two different things with the same name.

Thank you.

Most of my videos are secretly educational.
