I don’t personally use crystals or stones to meditate and I also don’t really believe in their healing power (no judgement to those who do, y’all must be a lot less stressed than me so good for you lol) but I enjoy watching your videos and learning about Crystal work. How do you know when you connect with a Crystal? And are certain personality types more drawn to certain stones? And also, how do you get to the point where you can have such a powerful reaction to just touching a Crystal or stone? I find it really fascinating and I was just curious. This morning I picked up my small chunk of amethyst cluster and was, again, in awe that these manifestated energies come from the earth. Just so fascinating and one of the greatest beautiies of all. 💖
P.s. Two stones I cannot really be around for very long are Smokey Quartz (gives me anxiety and makes me sweat, lol) and Hemitite (sort of does the same thing but in a more subtle way). Also, Herkimer "diamond" is very high energy and makes me a bit dizzy after wearing it awhile (no more than a few hours); I can't imagine how it'll make me feel when my lady and I go digging for them in Herkimer, NY 🙃
