Can you "block-dye" with a resist such as super-sheen then apply a darker stain so the dark stain hits the low spots and is resisted by the high spots (where resist was applied), then wipe the excess off?
do these dyes wash out with water? he is not using any gloves....and the hands are skin same as leather...i wonder if i could work like him without gloves?

George Hurst is such a rebel! We recommend always using gloves when working with dyes.

Yes, when you are using the super shene as a resist.
