Short chute again being the determining factor in both races. I understand it is there to keep things competitive but still wonder what would have happened... Pretty sure Beaugrand would have beaten GTB to say the least.
I hate the short chute. I wish they would just give bonus points instead, kind of like in pro cycling. Bonus points for whoever finishes first of every swim, bike and run leg. The racing would be even more insane. Short chute is just an embarrassing gimmick.
@@mathewkirk1748 That's quite likely. I was rather talking about the women's race where it felt like Beaugrand would have taken the better of Taylor Brown had she not have the short chute.
Interview at about 2 hours 20 minutes, seems he is struggling mentally at present but wanted to compete to thank the fans. He probably needs a break but I suspect he'll race in the next Supertri event.
The guy has had a massive schedule of media, interviews, sponsor stuff, and the big emotional high to follow his gold medal. Most athletes would have chilled right after the Olympics, but he has been a good sport by backing it up for the Supertri brand and the dip is to be totally expected after what he has been through. No one thinks any less of him.
This format is so held back by this attempt at F1-type setups. It would only make sense if they were developing an athlete as you would a car. But they’re not, so who cares what a team manager has to say?
the coverage is brilliant
Glad you love it as much as we do!
Yes, it is.
This is so much more exciting than long course triathlon and the commentary and coverage is superb 👌
Thanks! Gotta make these superstars look as good as they are
Well deserved Wilde 💪🏻 Smashed it and could see the passion and small smile 😊 before you crossed the line, red bull gives you wings 😉
Super Athletes, Super Venue, SuperTri !!

GTB Excellent win 🏴
Can anyone explain 59:20 and 2:08:40 cut ?
The difference a home crowd can make, 🏊🏻♂️🚴🏻🏃🏻GTB 💪🏻
Cassandre Beaugrand racing un Takumi Sen 10 or Adios Pro 3 ? cannot see clearly with this black colorway

Nah, Hayden would’ve just sat on him and made the pass at the end. The short chute made it much easier, but he’d have figured it out either way.

GTB is looking a bit more powerful this year and now going better for it.
Спорт, это то лучшее, что придумало человечество 😊😊😊
Yee should just double down and do his cross armed celebration every race.
London needs color grading.
What happened to yee?

God that water would have been disgusting.
Isnt there regulations on how angled in ones break/gear leavers can be angled in. Some of these bike look like they are well outside regulation
everyone race for themselves ... i dont see point in the teams
Relay event would be good, but otherwise it's just for the manager interviews and drama it seems
