And it's interesting that the focus is on the money always, but in reality what may better translate to Jesus' teaching here is that there's a root of evil inside our soul (e. g. lust, greed, covetousness, etc) and that root is the reason why so many people love money ( and thus we should seek God's help in prayer, worship, prayer in tongues, fasting, meditating and confessing Scripture so that we can be purged from that "root").

And going to the "table of Wisdom" in Proverbs (praying to Jesus and the Father so that the Holy Spirit could teach you how to access by faith the Right Hand of God - where the table and the house of Wisdom are located), really made all the difference for me as well. Pastor LaRue Adkinson from the Father House Church has a lot of great teachings about The Wisdom of God. I used to just “invest”/leaned/give money to different business ventures while serving in the U.S. Navy. I had it and mostly family was asking and I just gave but, once I retired and was home for awhile God uncovered who people really were. Bad with money, no order, disruptive etc. 😒 Lord have mercy. God came to me as I prayed and the same people I did for my whole life seemed to turn so to speak. I had went over the scripture before but, this time it was so PROFOUND ‼️. So I adopted that scripture daily and in every venture or path. I received a text one day from a family member stating that this well known wealthy family was getting rid of some land. My kinfolk I’ll say wanted to know who all would go in. I prayed...before I got to the end of the street to my destination God revealed to me who was going to leave, who wasn’t going to pay on time etc. Needless to say I listen led to the Holy Spirit and didn’t go in with this project. (Lend not) I have so many testimonials since then God is good‼️ He’ll reveal to us the TRUTH man might not because he just might have an interest that he’s trying to please or protect but, GOD IS A GOD OF TRUTH AND A GOD OF ORDER. So I adopted that scripture daily and in every venture or path.
I received a text one day from a family member stating that this well known wealthy family was getting rid of some land. My kinfolk I’ll say wanted to know who all would go in. I prayed...before I got to the end of the street to my destination God revealed to me who was going to leave, who wasn’t going to pay on time etc. Needless to say I listen led to the Holy Spirit and didn’t go in with this project. (Lend not)
I have so many testimonials since then God is good‼️ He’ll reveal to us the TRUTH man might not because he just might have an interest that he’s trying to please or protect but, GOD IS A GOD OF TRUTH AND A GOD OF ORDER.
